The installation failed inspection due to code violations caused entirely by the incorrect location they selected for the work. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake, Moe blamed the inspector, refused to meet me halfway, and demanded more money from me to pay for the rework caused by his own error. Because he refused to correct the non-compliant work without extra charges, I have had to file a formal complaint with Westchester County Consumer Protection. What I thought was a reliable 'go-to' electrician turned out to be someone who won't stand behind his work. Avoid this business. As another customer mentioned, he is very pushy about closing invoices, which I paid after work was complete, but before inspection. My mistake - now he's non-responsive.

Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. My Phone is eight four five six six on two five seven zero if you want to know more. There isn't much more.
