I paid a lot for these bushes, so much so that I needed a payment plan to pay it off..while they were nice enough to work that out for me, the "lost track" of one of the $100 payments..the remember to cash the check though..lol anyway, luckily I keep good records and they acknowledged the error...mistakes happen. Now a few years later im attempting to hire them to trim the overgrown bushes..it takes half the summer and three phone calls for me to get a quote for the job from them (even tho they are in my neighborhood every Friday)..I finally get the price quote...I accept the price and im told they will do it that coming Friday ..that was weeks ago..the season is almost over..Nevermind McKinney..I guess if its a small job they just dont care and ignore you..its my HOA Fees that go towards paying they're big neighborhood contract. I will be discussing said issues and the next board meeting with my fellow neighbors and board members..I think the way a company treats its small clients is as important as how it treats its big ones. IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!!…read more Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work.
