Worst Harvey's in KW.. used to be good but now customer service has gone down hill. Ordered a burger with everything no hot peppers (like I've done so many times at Harvey's) and received a Burger with hot Sauce on it.. when we called we got major attitude and told it was not their issue as we ordered everything.. perhaps they should mention that "Harvey's sauce is HOT " will not be going back to this Harvey's for a very very long time. read more

I was in Kitchener for some business and went to the location at 1157 Victoria Street. The burger was very good and freshly made as I had an Angus burger. However the onion rings were a big disappointment and were off taste, I wish that CARA Foods that owns the chain would instruct staff to change the oil more frequently. The staff reuse the oil endlessly nd they are not the only chain guilty of it. however having onion rings that were really this off taste has made it that I will not return to this 1157 Victoria Street location again when i come from Toronto. I wish that oil was required to be changed every week so you got a fresh tasting food. As I said Harveys is not the only chain that doesn't change the oil frequently enough. read more

This is easily my favourite Harvey's branch in Waterloo Region. The burger is consistently fresh, the onion rings actually have onions in it. However, what especially separates this from other branches is the manager occasionally goes around every single desk and will ask you in person if the order is okay, and if you mention something wrong he WILL replace that portion of the meal without charge! Now THAT'S what I call customer service. UW and Laurier students, forget about your Harveys on campus/in the plaza, come to this one and you won't be disappointed! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered from skip through dishes and said it would be 45 minutes...food never came. The courier waited there for 30 minutes in the parking lot waiting for my food. Any time I tried called the location, they would pick up the phone and then hangup right away. Very rude and just horrible service. read more

I AM OUTRAGED! We are in the middle of the COVID pandemic, there are protocols in place for a reason. We went through the drivethru our burgers were made wrong so we went inside to get them fixed. When we got inside the ONLY cook was not wearing gloves and his face shield was off and not wearing a mask. I automatically asked for a refund because I was so disgusted. I love the veggie burger, I've been getting it for years and this location always does a great job. Harvey's is the best Canadian burger chain, if you haven't been you should check it out. They've upped their topping game even further, replacing the diced white onions with red onion slices, the chopped iceberg with whole pieces of green-leaf lettuce, and adding black olives, tzatziki, jalapeños, and other items to the list. They now have deep-fried pickles, too, which is literally all I could ask for at a fast-food place. read more

Normally I wouldn't review a Fast Food Chain like this but there is something about this location that is just awesome. Every time I walk in the door I am made to feel very welcome, which is nice. I often order a quick lunch and don't get myself a drink, every single time they ask me if I would like a complimentary water which I just think is so nice. I never accept as I usually have my own water with me but I just feel that's going above and beyond for a fast food chain. Much like the previous reviewer I have been asked many times when I'm eating in if I am enjoying my meal and if there is anything they can get for me. I don't usually get service this good a restaurants where the wait staff is depending on tips for god sakes. I have also used the drive-thru which is always fast, friendly and efficient. Stop here usually after going to the St. Jacob's market. As noted elsewhere, fast food is fast food, but the manager and staff make you take notice with their service. Very good, exceptional for this type of place. Especially since it's always busy there when we go. Great at the counter, and the manager comes around sometimes and asks how things are. Really unexpected. read more
