Worst Dr. office I've ever dealt with. Frequently wait more than an hour if you schedule an appointment at any other time than first of the day. Make the first appointment, and wait for the Dr. to show up on her own sweet time. Fax them something, they don't get it. Mail them something, it's lost. Phone calls are returned very late in the day - often too late to be any help. Staff refers you to urgent care. Ask questions and get vague answers, such as "oh, that's very common". The Dr. doesn't touch the patient, has the nurses take care of wounds or give injections. Very cold manner, she and her time is more important than you and your time. Signs all over the office are very negative, like "if you miss appointments you will be terminated from this practice" and "Do not enter without staff approval" "Do not tap on glass" It's clear the staff doesn't want to be bothered with you either.
