Visited this location a while back to get some blood work done as I suspected I might have Lyme. Waiting time to get into an exam room was not terrible, but once in there the wait was considerably. I was finally offered the option to speak with a doctor virtually which I accepted. The exam was brief, but satisfactory, and I left shortly after having blood drawn. The real issue arose when shortly after my visit I started to get requests for payment even though the visit was covered by my insurance. I continue to get emails and phone calls months after the visit, despite speaking with them and their acknowledgment it is not my responsibility, and despite phone calls from my insurance carrier. read more

Cannot run a simple insurance correctly. Made us pay a $60 dollar co pay then billed the insurance to get double payment.

Was changing car battery and felt dizzy stopped here and was seen right away and spoke with doctor on conference call. No problems with staff or doctor. Better than the one by price chopper. read more

I visited the location as a walk in. The wait time was only a few minutes. Brandon was my assistant/nurse, he was knowledgeable, friendly & great. I'm not a fan of needles but he's clearly a pro because I didn't even realized he was already drawing blood. Great experience, thanks to Brandon!! Front desk could have been a little nicer but maybe they were having a bad day- no big deal. read more

No one smiled from the guy that checked me in to the covid/flu testing, then the NP walked in very abruptly and asked me what my problem was! Wow!!! She asked me if I wanted to be swabbed and I told her I already was (get it together) then she acted annoyed and said to wait while she discharged me. I had to ask, "are my ears red, throat?". Thank God I have been in the medical field for over 40 years and I can hold my own but I feel bad for people who don't know any better. I went out to use the rest room after waiting 10 minutes and she was sitting eating her lunch. When she saw me she jumped to it and put her sandwich down. She laid my paperwork on the counter and never told me my results. When I came out of the restroom, I asked someone else what my results were and she yelled from the back room NEGATIVE!!! No paper on the tables, they take your information on a post it note (which can be lost or accidentally placed in someone else's chart)! My advice, go to CVS and get yourself over the counter medication before going to WellNow because that's what she kept telling me even though I told her I was short of breath and have high blood pressure and can't take OTC meds. Told me to take Robitussin which I cannot take! Rant over! I will NEVER step foot in there again!!! read more

This place is a joke, I wish I could give negative stars! The positive reviews must be staff or paid for. My wife is sick and they told us on the phone it would be a two hour wait. We came down, waited two hours and were told there are still 15 people in front of her. We've been here now approaching 4 hours and we've watched her name go from 15 to 5 to 7 to 5 again. She just went to 6 so I called customer service and have been on hold for 15 minutes. Clearly it should be named Well "now or later or maybe not". We took her name off the list after asking what was happening and the receptionist dismissed her without a second thought. At least now we know where not to go. Ridiculous wait times and the most horrible customer service and patient care I've seen in a long time. We'll never be back and I'm sure they couldn't care less. read more

This was a walk-in visit for a sinus infection/upper respiratory infection. I was greeted politely and promptly by the receptionist and then waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by a very knowledgeable and caring PA or NP (don't recall which) and I had an excellent experience. She was very thorough, asked great questions, answered all of my questions and sent out a prescription to my pharmacy after explaining what to do/not do to resolve my symptoms. I was impressed by the quality of care, all of the staff, and the whole visit. read more

WellNow is a very clean, efficient and thorough place for certain types of illnesses and diagnoses. My recent visit was for ear and throat ache. Rapid strep test done ( negative) and exam of ears via computerized tools and tele- consult. Dr recommrnded a flushing of ears and re- exam so she could have better picture of extent of infection and prescribe right antibiotics. I registered and booked online. I was in and out quickly, and was told how many patients ahead of me. Less than 5 minutes to complete onlinevregistration and 45 minutes was length of visit. For routine and uncomplicated issues for which you need cobfirmation to get antibiotics, it was ideal. read more

I had my lab work done a week ago and they said they call me with the results. It's been a week now they do not have a phone number. The receptionist was the nastiest person. I think I've ever met at a doctors office. They're withholding my lab work I've tried every which way, but loose to get it. You cannot go on the patient portal. I can't get through. I will never I mean never go here again they are the worst. I can make a complaint which I am doing and it's also considered a malpractice lawsuit. read more

Today was my first time using Wellnow urgent care and it was an amazing experience! The facility is organized and well kept, and they even have a little table of refreshments available in the waiting room. Both the nurse and doctor who took care of me were beyond kind and professional. I absolutely recommend this place!! read more
