Hasco Warehouse is my go-to discount outlet based in the Inland Empire. Whenever I need items in bulk that I don't want to pay full price for, I try to find it at Hasco first! Parking is smaller than a normal lot. I'd recommend reversing into a spot or else you'd find yourself making a 3-point turn just to exit. This place is bustling with business especially on the weekends. Upon walking in, you'll be able to borrow a grocery cart on the off chance that you'd buy a lot or a big item. You walk down the right side and you'd see a lot of clothing. These clothes are mainly from Sam's Club, Costco, or Target. They also have shoes available. Only some clothing articles are 50% the name brand price, but most of them are only a couple of dollars off. They have a furniture/appliance section of their warehouse next to the clothes. I've seen refrigerators, washing machines, outdoor furniture, and indoor. Sofas are available for half the price. I've seen a lot of kitchen items and outdoor items. They have pantry stuff, but all are open so they can count how many packages per box. They also have canned goods. When walking around, you'll see some bathroom necessities, living room appliances, stationary, and toys. I enjoy coming because I'll never know what I'll find or may need. Other reviews are right though; service isn't that great and the people at the front desk are usually on their phone. I was very disappointed with my experience at the Hasco Outlet in Ontario. The inside of the store was incredibly messy, and a significant amount of the merchandise consisted of damaged items or opened boxes. Purchasing an item here definitely feels like a gamble--shop if you dare. Customer service was practically nonexistent. There were staff members on the floor, but not a single person asked if we needed help. At one point, two employees walked right over to me, only to completely ignore my presence and start conversing about extra pizza in the breakroom. It was honestly kind of comical how oblivious they were to the shoppers around them. Overall, the atmosphere felt almost like a disorganized thrift store, and I absolutely would not recommend purchasing anything from this location. It didn't have the price tag on it so I asked the cashier was she sure of the price because she just scanned a tag under her keyboard. She said "yea do you want it?" Her communication was just bad customer service. Then when I returned on another day I saw that the shirt I bought was sold as a shirt & pants set. If she was so confident that she knew the correct price then she should have known that it was sold in a set. I might go back but I will not buy anything without a price tag. Unfortunately, the prices were only about $5-$10 cheaper than retail in most cases, which didn't feel like much of a deal. When you factor in that stores like Target and Costco offer easy return policies and better customer protection, it makes more sense to just buy directly from them. For a discount store, the savings didn't justify the trade-offs. This place might be worth it if you find a specific item you really want and don't care about returns, but overall I was disappointed and expected better value. They can help you load the larger items. Line can get pretty long during the holiday season. It is a little chilly so bring a jacket. The staff told me they couldn't complete another transaction because they "close 10 minutes early." If your posted hours say you're open until , customers should be able to rely on that. It's incredibly frustrating to make the effort to come in on time just to be told the business has essentially already shut down. Either honor your listed hours or update them to reflect when you actually stop serving customers. Respect your customers' time the way you want yours to be respected. We were on the hunt for a fake tree with solid and firm thistles. I hate it when they fall off and get all over the floor - it's so messy. We went to Costco and Home Depot. We estimated about $300-400 for a 7' tree. But my husband was determined to find a deal - and he did! We snagged this tree for $150 (idk reg price, but I imagine *much* more), tree box for $40 (I think that was average price), and winter village for $80 (sam's club price is $125, eBay $200+). The books and toys did not seem discounted. I recommend it, but come with low expectations. read more

I've been here so many times before and have had a pleasant experience finding bargains. I cant say the same about this last time. I want to give the "Holiday stress"benefit of the doubt to the incompetent employee that ruined my experience. I was happily checking out and experienced a pricing error on one of my items, I decided not to take the item, at the conclusion of the transaction, I asked the associate to recheck the pricing because what was reflected on the tag was not the amount that I was being quoted. With an attitude, the associate proceeded to check the cost of the item and surely there was a pricing error. I've vocalized that given the correct price, I would like to purchase the shirt, and the associate insisted that I had to wait in a line of 15 people despite it being an associate error. I refused to wait in line, and the associates response was, I don't care you still have to wait. Needless to say i didn't purchase the shirt and left the business highly disappointed in its customer service practice. Do Better Hasco! I've attached a photo of the back of the associate. I found a few items here I liked (Levi's and a blanket). It's very tight so you really need to look around for a while to find stuff. They have a lot of things but they will only have specific sizes. Like a nice shirt or jacket in S or XXL. Most of the stuff they have is from Sam's club which I have a membership to so I can get it from the club for the same price. But some things do have a good discount like the kids pajamas from carters and the kids shoes are pretty good deals. read more
