I enjoy coming here for some discount deals. It's an ideal liquidation store for anyone who wants to budget their expenses. There is ample parking across the lot. It's located on Foothill in the Foothill Plaza. After parking, once you walk inside, you are immediately introduced to clearance seasonal items. On your right and left side, there is a lot of clearance past expiration items. It's a deal because you can get a lot of items for $1. They have unexpired items, too, which are discounted by a few dollars compared to the retailer store. They have a lot of sanitary items, clothing, socks, shoes, and miscellaneous toys in stock. There is a pet aisle, cleaning supplies, office supplies, and also home decor. You never know what you'll find because they rotate items as they get them. They have items from Sam's Club, Costco, Target, and more. I come back from time to time again as I need things and even when I'm bored and want to look around. What a great deal! read more

The shopping experience was fine. We purchased a Keurig K-Mini plus and it stopped working within 30 days, we tried to get in replaced and they would not do it due to their 7 days exchange only policy. I understand no refunds and no exchanges due to wanting something else, but the product is obviously was defective, it should not stop working that quick. We really like the product, just would like it to work. Do not purchase any big ticket items, if it stops working after 7 days, they will not do anything for you. read more

In the area yesterday, and went to check out BRANDS 4 LESS, (The one in Corona got bought out now it is COST U LESS) and it is BEAUTIFUL! This Brands 4 less is a hit or miss store, you never know what you will get it looking thru it was a bunch odds and ends of everything, A LOT OF EXPIRED FOOD and DRINK there which IDK how they are allowed to sell outdated expired product especially food!!!! SMH not good. Depending on what it is, some can last a little longer while others has to be tossed out for health and safety reasons. It was so so on the deals like I said, the staff were super chill and nice, the store is big the entrance needs to be bigger though. The shopping carts are outside the store. This is my neighbor store , I always love to browse and discover new things to buy but today's experience make me feel so bad. Today I only bought 2 items under $10 ( credit card min charge is $10) I don't know that because I always buy a lot . I told cashier to hold my spot and I will be back with more items . He said ok . Pretty big store, layout flows nicely, prices tend to be a bit higher than other closeout stores I've been to. There is a really large selection of food items, a number of clothing racks for both adults and kids, and a good selection of rugs. The furniture selection is small, but they have good items. Normally I love shopping here you can get amazing deal however today, the checker A young Asian woman with Tattoos and round glasses Was extremely rude with the situation I tried to ask for a receipt back after exchanging some items I had more items on my receipt and she refused to give me my receipt back telling me that she couldn't because of policy BS I asked for my receipt back politely she told me then repeatedly she could not give me my receipt back and she didn't know what I was going to do she then proceeded to antagonize me. The woman refused to operate with a sense of decency and although she was talking softly does not mean that it's not rude to try to argue with a customer instead of just taking care of what their concerns are. the manager that stood there didn't say anything about her behavior at all. I asked for some type of acknowledgment that the whole exchange was a waste of both of our times and she said you could've stopped to it goes both ways the nerve! I was only asking for the receipt back that I already had paid for. Can't get enough of this store! I often visit to do my weekly household shopping, while I drop off my dog at the groomers next door. They have so much to choose from...cleaning supplies, toys, snacks, clothing, dog food you name it. They're always fully stocked, especially on seasonal items. So, with summer rolling in I can't wait to purchase pool floaties, my kids love them! I do notice employees cleaning often and putting things back into place. Been coming here for almost 5 years now. But yesterday was just terrible. I came in and saw Clorox 2 bottles inside a box for $3.99. I took one box because of the current COVID-19 situation. After going around to check what else I needed, I saw a worker pulling out Clorox boxes from where it was. I never paid attention until I went to the counter and the cashier told me that I should pay $3.99 for 1 Clorox because now they are selling it in singles. I came in they were selling it in a box. Just because people are in panic buying disinfectants doesn't mean you get to be greedy. Whatever is the price when people came in that's what it should be when we come out of the store. I found this business on Offer Up & Facebook.They advertised one price online and prices are higher by 5-20% in store. They post online to bait people to come.I drove 35 miles for this. I don't think a thrift store would even attempt to sell broken merchandise. There is no a/c and one restroom in the far back. At 4pm restaurants and a chuck e cheese full of people and parking lot is half full and this place is empty what gives? The staff here is rude and lazy, especially the cashiers. No smiles, very slow, and they like to over charge you and change the prices at the register. But I'd like to preface this review to mention I have been buying from this location for approximately 2 years now. While buying from this location I end up meeting the owner MJ and his brother AJ and after talking with them realize that there might be an opportunity for me to sell some excess items that I have from my closed business. After spending hundreds of dollars at his business on various items mostly Costco excess, discontinued or returns from Costco. I do see from time to time a few select items that might be the same price or a little cheaper than Costco. I understand that most of his clientele being in the area that he's at is mostly Hispanic and may not afford Costco memberships or shop at Costco to know what prices really are. I see many times where they'll have for example aluminum foil sheets where it looks like there's less in the package that it's been opened and taped and might even be the same price or let's say $0.50 or a dollar cheaper than Costco. I'm at Costco at least once a week, and know their pricing pretty well. I've seen tons of items taped up or, pieces possibly missing or boxes that weigh differently because they have different product amounts in them. When items get broken and they have to tape up the box they can't count and tell you that there is 200 sheets of aluminum foil still in there. They just tape it up and sell it. I bought a box Stevia once the box had been opened. I asked him how do you know there's this many packets inside? Did you count them and he laughed yeah I counted them! I'm like no you didn't and didn't expect him to but just wanted to see if he was honest. Frankly his price was a dollar cheaper than buying them from Costco. I say most of his items are items that are expired dates or coming up on expired dates. Once in a great while you'll see something that Costco bought that is discontinued and they are no longer selling he'll get them or like I said items were the corners of the boxes are broken and they just tape it up but without really knowing if the count is correct on the inside that could be a problem. Read his warranty and guarantees before you leave the store . It's on a big plaque behind the cash register on the wall. I've seen & heard customers come in and complain that their cash register receipt does not reflect what the warranty is and the warranty is I said as stated behind the cash register on a big placard on the wall. Beware if anything's electronic that you're going to buy from them make sure it works in the store because if you take it home chances are if it doesn't work you're stuck with it. You "may" be able to get a credit! You may not get a store credit! We can buy it from somebody on eBay or Amazon so just keep that in mind if you have an Amazon prime account and you can buy it and have free shipping I would suggest dealing with Amazon & can ship back free. He is frankly hard to deal with. His return policy is not very favorable for the client . Lastly after buying from them. I was hoping since seeing similar items they were selling for a LOT more than I was selling mine for, maybe I could sell them too. He made low ball offers on a few items I had available saying "I really dont need them" but I can try them. That's his way of not telling you he likes them and can easily sell them, explaining he needs to buy the items for pennies on the dollar to turn around and triple or quadruple the costs. His low ball offer was "cash". I confirmed 1 deal with him, delivered the items myself, and when I asked for payment, they handed me a check, what happened to my cash? My thoughts as long as you're buying from him everything is fine. But if you ever try to sell them anything they're very difficult people to work with. I'm not sure how their vendors like working with them, I'm sure they don't. I know he is one of many different companies out there that will go out and bid on Costco Surplus & returned stock. There's Remart in Anaheim, there's Cost for Less in La Habra that's his cousin, and other companies that sell Costco Surplus. If you have a Costco membership I would suggest to buy from Costco cuz we all know how Costco's return policy is. If you get online and you look up on Amazon or Ebay or other stores that sell the same items that he sells most cases his prices are only a very small percentage cheaper if at all. The way they work with people, their way or the highway, I dont see them being in business long. read more

The SMALL discount is NOT worth the trouble. Their return policy AND store credit is ridiculously short time frame. First time buying anything electronic. DONT BUY ELECTRONICS there my water dispenser cooler started leaking big time after the seven day exchange only. What a coincidence!!! then I call to try to see if there is anything they can do and nothing ! Never got a call back and was told by employee there is nothing manager can do. So, my wife saw this 2 piece Samsonite luggage set at Costco for $139.95. I saw an EBAY add for the same set for $119.99. I discovered the physical store was Brands 4 Less. It was not too far from my residence. I called the store and talked to AJ. He assured me that the item was there and new. I took a chance and drove there. I met AJ, who was a very nice guy. He opened the box and took out perfectly new suitcases. I bought them and saved $$. I never shopped here because it's a little outside my shopping area. If you saw it at Costco and passed-up buying it, you may find it at Brands 4 Less - for less. Similar to a few other outlet stores*, they buy and sells "Retail Salvaged Merchandise". This includes freight damaged items, returns, floor models, closeouts and whatever deals they can find. Most every item is new, most are 'opened box' or 'no box' (w/o instructions & possibly missing pieces), also a few 'tested' &/or gently used items. Most are from the 'return line' at Cosco. They've got much of what Costco has; from household goods & appliances, to food & kitchenware, clothes and many, many other misc. items. Most all are good deals at a ~25% savings; but you should know your prices and want what you buy - the return policy is just 7-days, exchange only, NO REFUNDS. *Similar outlets are "CostLess Wholsale" in La Habra and "The Outlet By E.L.S." in Azusa (which is 2x the size & variety). On my first visit I was looking for two more twin blade, window fans. Before the hot weather Costco solid it for $60; I'd bought one at The Outlet By E.L.S. for $35 two weeks earlier (they'd now sold-out).
