I've been waiting to write this review until I was able to get a new dentist and my x-rays. This dental office is atrocious! I've been going here for a few years because I wanted to support a black dentist as well as it is close to where I live. It has gotten worse and worse. I had an emergency for a root canal and the front desk kept saying how busy they were. My pain level was at a 10 and they finally took me. When I got there, there was only one other patient. The place was empty! I couldn't believe it. He told me to pay out of pocket so he could do the process. $275 Then when he had to submit x-rays to the insurance so I could get a crown, he kept forgetting or the front desk girl would forget to relay information to him about resubmitting proper forms. The staff is deplorable especially this one new lady. Her name started with an Sherri. I asked her who I was speaking with so I could later speak to the dentist about her. She said her name and spelt it in the most aggressive tone. The customer service here is disgraceful. Do not come to this dentist. The work is rushed and you may not notice how bad this place is until you need major work done. The new dentist that I went to today is a Gem. The staff is helpful and the dentist communicated effectively. To top everything off, my new dentist said that I have two teeth that are infected and that the previous dentist didn't actually do the work he said he was doing! I was in shock. read more

Yes, he is a nice dentist.... His staff however has alot to be desired in the way they treat patients ... I had gave my new insurance info twice to them on the phone... They took the information and said my insurance was approved for services... I am disabled ( walk with cane )...and the wait for an appointment is ridiculous... Anyway, on the day of my appointment, I was turned away with a nasty attitude at the desk ..." We don't take your insurance" in a sarcastic tone...not to mention I don't live close, I am disabled, it was pouring rain outside, and I waited for a month for my appointment... And I had a concern and she wouldn't even let me talk to him...is this anyway to treat patients ??? .... read more

I needed two root canals and crowns. Dr Haskin referred me to a great endodontics office and he is now working on my crowns. The office staff was courteous and helpful . All was explained as to the procedures and the cost. I am pleased with the dentist. read more

I've been dealing with the toothache since I was pregnant.I was finally able to to find a dentist that would help me and that's what he did.I had to remove two teeth and he did it in less than 20 mins.I recommend Haskin Gregory for any dental work he's the best. read more

Very Dissatisfied and disappointing experience, never coming here again. I got assigned to this dental office by my new insurance healthplex so I decided to give it a try and get a cleaning. My appointment was originally as 2:30 pm but I received a text message 2 hours before the appointment saying that it's at 2 pm so I arrived at 2, I couldn't see where the dental office was, turned out it was in a house with a sign. As I walk in, I felt like I was in museum everything seemed outdated and I see 6 people in the waiting room so overloaded, then I went to the front desk to sign in, I told the receptionist girl that I have an appointment and she was like today? And I was like yeah and she suddenly grabs a phone and made a call which seemed like she was calling the dentist cause I overheard her saying 'when can you take the next patient?' And then she made me fill out the new patient forms and after 30 minutes one of the patients is taken inside from the 6 I saw, clearly I assumed that I wasn't gonna be taken at 2:30 and I was right they called me in to take X-rays at like 3 and made me wait outside again for another 20 min and then they called me again and told me to go downstairs to a basement so I thought I was gonna be seen finally but it turns out they have a second waiting room in their basement as if I didn't wait enough and after another 30 min of waiting the dental assistant called me by my preferred name since I'm transgender and I haven't changed my legal name yet, took me inside the room and kindly asked me what are my pronounce and what's my name preference . I answered politely, after 5 min the dentist come in and told me he couldn't see me only because I circled 'heart murmur' in the patient history, and I explained that it was nothing serious and that I decided to circle that because my pcp heard a little murmur when taking vital signs in a previous occasion and he said 'do you have your doctor's number' I said yeah but I couldn't look it up cause there was no service since I was in the basement so asked for his wifi and he just said 'no' and walked out to sit on his desk, then told me he was going to make a clearance letter for my pcp to sign and only after that he could do a cleaning, so I was waiting outside of his office to get the letter and he says 'just wait there have a sit' and 2 minutes later rudely called me by my original name out loud for me to come to him and get the letter while he was sitting, 3 hours of my life wasted in that house older than my grandma never again read more

I arrived for my appointment at 12pm and was greeted by Dr. Haskin's wonderful staff (always a smile and very pleasant). There was next to no wait-time at all. Dr. Haskin is always friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. I used to hate going to the dentist, now I can't wait to go because of his office and their family-friendly and professionalism all rolled into one. I highly recommend him and his office to all of my family, friends, co-workers and members of my community. Top grade service all the way! read more

Visited with my daughter. Very pleasant staff and the Dentist is excellent.

Dentist does not return calls. Recommend specialist visits, but does not follow up. Seemingly a waste of time, and gladly have found better dentists in the area. Not to mention the long wait at my initial appointment, while people who came after me were able to see him before me. Will never recommend, nor return. read more

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by Dr. Haskin. I arrived 10 mins early for my daughters appointment and we waited over 45 mins in the waiting room. My children got bored as there was nothering for them to do and my 3 year old started crying. Haskin stormed out into the waiting area and started screaming at me to leave the office and he would not see my children because they were out of control. The only person out of control was Haskin, and the way he yelled at me was appalling! An adult should never raise their voice and speak to another person the way Haskin spoke to me today. He lost total control and both my children were scared hearing him yell. I do not recommend seeing this man, zero compassion for a little girl crying. read more

I created a Yelp account just to warn other potential patients from making the mistake of choosing Dr. Haskin's office. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a healthcare institution. I scheduled two different appointments with Dr. Haskin for a cleaning and check-up. Each time I waited for nearly an hour after my scheduled time... and was still not seen. The Haskin and his staff were both extremely rude and unresponsive. How both? As a black man, and someone who has studied health care administration, I issue an urgent warning to any potential patient. Dr. Haskin's office wasted two of my Saturday mornings. Read the review's.
