A couple of days later, I ended up in excruciating pain--I was crying and couldn't sleep. It was his responsibility to refer me to an endodontist as soon as possible. Instead, he mentioned that his office charges less for root canals than others, which turned out to be untrue. When I returned on Wednesday, I was in unbearable pain--my entire face hurt, and I couldn't stop crying. Although the doctor was kind, he seemed oddly eager to get me out of the office. I was desperately searching for a nearby dental office because I had an emergency. The receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude and passive-aggressive. When I mentioned I couldn't make an appointment, she told me I had "too many options" to choose from and even yelled at me when I requested my X-rays. I've now been waiting for my X-rays for about a week, and when I finally received them, the quality was so poor that I'll likely have to redo them--and probably pay for it again. It's really disappointing because I initially liked the doctor, and they even play nice '90s movies in the waiting room. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been horrible.

I could not understand why suddenly I needed extreme work on my healthy gums and teeth. I got a second opnion and was told I did not need it. I visited with this dentist perhaps 3 times (once in an emergency) and always left feeling like I needed a shower. Negligence and unprofessionalism are the services here. They ruined my smile and then ghosted me…read more This clinic is unprofessional and careless. I went in for Botox on my forehead and masseter. This is the same treatment I've had many times elsewhere with flawless results. The first round here didn't work at all. I went back for a touch-up, paid another $800. It still didn't work. I was told it was an issue with the botox. Despite paying essentially paying double, I decided to let that go and go get the third round of Botox. By the third round, my forehead was finally frozen - but my smile was destroyed. The left side now looks like I'm grimacing instead of smiling, and only with effort can I force it to look halfway normal. My natural smile is gone. I reached out with photos and a video showing the damage and specifically asked not to deal with the same injector who had already failed me twice. The very next day, he was the one who contacted me anyway. After I sent clear proof of the issue, the clinic disappeared and never responded. They took my money, botched my face, and ghosted me when I complained. Absolutely unacceptable - avoid this place at all costs.
