I spoke with Barbara again and saying that she's a customer representative and she has to forward it to the agent and she hanged up on me. What kind of customer service is that?

After dealing with Bob on my home insurance I transferred all my vehicles over as well. I've since received a couple of calls from his office to ensure I was happy and my coverage was what I wanted and more importantly what I needed. During the last few monsoon storms I called the office with some questions. Never really dealing with home owners insurance very much and the lady there was very informative and helpful. I know for a fact I can contact my insurance agent when I need him and get results. That to me is peace of mind you just can't put a price on. Add that to great competitive pricing. Arrived with all requirements, total processing time less than 15 minutes. This review is really for the front desk / customer interface who processed my application. Lisa was a rock star, friendly and professional, great smile. Just giving her a shout out - if you need an IDP - this is a good location to grab one. Larry David / old man rant: While I pay the $20 and take the permit abroad just in case - not sure how the DoS / AAA keeps lobbying congress to keep this process in place. Having an IDP abroad is the equivalent of having your seat in the upright position for landing, probably does nothing, but why take the chance.
