I attended the store location on June 23rd to drop off my Stihl combi unit for repair. I was able to walk in, drop off my unit and give my contact details to the person at the counter. The repairs were completed but when I returned to pick it up I was met with a vastly different reception. I again walked into the store and greeted the fellow inside with a very cheery "good morning". His response was to bark at me " OUTSIDE". Apparently due to the Covid virus they were not allowing customers into the store. The very small ambiguous sign on the door did not clearly state " No entry". As it turns out this was the store owner, Mr. Bob White. Once I completed my transaction with another staff member I raised my concerns about being treated so rudely and his only response was " I have other customers to help". It's obvious that the rudeness is endemic and starts from the top on down. There are other small engine repair shops near by that I will frequent in the future for my needs. I will now drive miles out of my way to seek assistance for my Stihl repairs and purchase of future machines. I suggest to all that you seek repairs and purchase of Stihl or Cub Cadet products elsewhere unless you prefer to be treated like dirt as a paying customer. read more
