Forgiveness because the short ribs were insanely good. I opted for a side of coleslaw (dixie style) however just a tad too sweet for my taste. So, it's basically a butcher, inside the Amish Market in rural Maryland, and their specialty is Jerky. In that sense it reminds me of Czuchraj meats in the West Side Market of Cleveland, which is my fave Jerky in the world. Or one that I tried at Brewfest in Buffalo which was amazing.
