The technician arrived on time and took care of the issue in short order. He was pleasant and professional when I asked him a few related questions. As he was leaving he told me "call us if you have any other issues, we'll come out and take care of them for you." Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Not a lick of wood, hardware, or any material remained on site when they finished. The crew applied their many years of experience to the project, setting the new windows, insulating, and then silicone caulking.
