The first stall we pulled into the credit card reader didn't work, so we moved to the next. Once you swipe your card, a countdown begins, of either 7 or 8 minutes. You can turn the dial on the control panel to what you want, grab the wand, to spray soap, rinse, or whatever you want to do. There's also a brush you can use to scrub your car. There were two other attachments, but I wasn't clear what it was. For just a few dollars you get a fair amount of time, and if there's two people you can knock it out pretty quick. The down side, unfortunately, it doesn't appear anyone works there, so if you have any issues, or need help, you're out of luck. Overall, our experience was fine, got the bugs off his car, and were on our way.
