When it was time to do the job, again seemed like everything I was looking for. That could not be further from the truth. They were able to come to the house a day I had to work, so I had someone else, that I fully trust, meet them. She said they started off in the master bedroom and bath and was in those two rooms for about two and a half hours and was doing a good job. When they got to the living areas of the house, the two women only dusted a few things, swept the kitchen floor and left with the money. What I did not know, because they requested cash, my husband had left the $320 on the kitchen counter. My guess is, they found the money and split. I say it's my guess because the owner of this so-called cleaning company will not return my calls or text. They were supposed to do a whole house deep clean, they barely scratched the surface. Whatever you do, don't hire Mopsi Cleaning Company.

The seamstress was very curt and rude upon entry on the establishment. When she did come from around the back of the store, she abruptly snatched my daughter's dress out of my hand, took my request and gave me my yellow sip for pick up. End of discussion. The big problem came when it was time to grab the prom dress. Now in fairness, I was 8 minutes late to the location, since running around for this special event. However, I did call but when I received no answer, I figured that she was just busy. To my small heart attack, the establishment was closed. I was devasted to say the least! I would've really liked a phone call to say "Hey, I'm leaving soon", or "Are you still picking up the dress", something or anything for that matter. Especially seeing that it was a special event. I honestly, would've appreciated a little customer service moment, that would've made all the difference with being a first time customer. I will say that after I called my friend for help, she got in contact with the owner (I presume) and managed to get her to come back and open the shop so I can get my daughter's prom dress. Thank Goodness for good friends, right?!! I'm not sure if I would return or not but I'm definitely not using the place for urgent needs or special requests. Good customer service is really about those tiny steps to make every customer feel like they're appreciated for choosing your business, and I hope no one else has to go through this experience.

DIY gone wrong. I tried to switch out the water mixing cartridge in a shower and due to some…read morecalcium build up, it wouldn't budge. I put it back together, but the water would no longer turn off so we had to keep the water to the entire house turned off. I called Ray's and they were not able to come out that night. The next day they were there within an hour of calling them. An hour later they had it fixed completely. The competition came out the night before and talked about putting valves in the basement, tearing out a bedroom wall to get to the back of the plumbing, and cutting through the shower wall! I knew this was not required because Ray's had switched out the other cartridge just a few months prior to this incident. The competition told me the cartridge was stuck and he may not be able to get a part since it was 8 p.m. He looked up the part and said it would be about $500 for the part and around the same for labor. I told him I'd call another plumber and deal with the mess in the morning. The competition charged me $189 to do nothing. Ray's charged me a total of $200 for parts and labor. I will never attempt plumbing DIY again and I will never use another plumbing service!
