Instead of simply issuing a refund, Trey promised to do everything in his power to help me track down what I needed. It only took him a few days to come through! He called in a favor at Weber and had a buddy do a deep search of their entire inventory, eventually finding one tucked away in an old warehouse in Indiana. It was shipped to me post-haste. This was a level of customer service that knocked me off my feet. If I'm ever in town, I'll make sure to stop by and thank Trey in person. I can't think of a time I've visited when I wasn't approached by a salesperson offering help. The store is well stocked and immaculate, and they can even do repairs on some household items. In fact, I brought something in for repair last week and received a call just a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. And this kind of turnaround was on a Sunday! Prices are reasonable, and certainly reasonable enough to keep me out of Home Depot or Lowe's. Weed & Duryea saves me the trek and the annoyance.
