I called CT&A and spoke to Mike who was very friendly & helpful. He told me if we placed the order by noon, he could assure delivery by Saturday (only two days). I had him call my dad to go over specifics and he told him to expect a call on Saturday to notify him of the time of arrival. I was worried due to traffic & weather that they might be delayed, but Michael & Standre came over to my Dad's house at 10:30 am and replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one. It fit perfectly in the space and they kindly helped my dad remove its contents and put trash in the garage. They also had to remove a door to fit it into the kitchen but put it back even better than before as it used to be a little loose on the hinges. They could not have been kinder and more sensitive to my dad. I am really impressed with the sales team (Mike) , the delivery experience (Michael & Standre) & the overall level of service & reliability. I can't recommend them enough & will always use County TV for our appliance replacement!

I researched on the internet for replacement products and decided to purchase new GE Profile units. I initially checked the prices for replacement with GE, and also other suppliers such as Home Depot and Lowe's, offering discounts on the base prices. However, Tripodi's were also listed on the GE website as major suppliers of their products, so I went to their showroom located in Port Chester by Whole Foods and Staples. Tripodi's offered the most competitive prices of all, easily beating the prices at Home Depot & Lowe's. Additionally, they had the items I required in stock. They delivered the new units to my home quickly and removed the old units at no charge. They also offer installation services if required. All in all, I received excellent service from this company and fully recommend them.

If you want your kitchen done fast and cheap; go somewhere else. If you want it done just once and beautifully; make an appointment with Maya. I have done 5 kitchens over my life and this was by far the best one. A few things you should know regarding a total redo of a kitchen like we did. 1-The process will take time, probably longer than you think, and you can not rush it 2-It will cost more than you think for crazy things you will pick out later in the process. I just spent $112 for special electrical faceplates on Amazon because they were gorgeous. Hacker Kitchens is responsible for cabinets, appliances (which are frequently incorporated into the cabinets), backsplash and countertops. You may need a general contractor for specialities like electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc. She may be able to help with recommendations or I would be happy to share names of the professionals that I used in the NY, CT area. It turned into a $15 fix myself, and my washer is back to working again. In doing so, I'm imagining Chuck turned down an easy $100 or so that he could have charged to do the service. Being able to recognize an easy fix, and looking out for me to be able to save some cash, shows tremendous character and respect. Chuck has earned himself and this repair shop a return customer, if and when I have an appliance break in a way I can't fix.

The event was very well organized, and the staff were friendly, patient, and helpful with the children. Everything was provided--wood pieces, hammers, nails, screwdrivers, paint, and all the other materials needed to complete the project. Best of all, the workshop is completely free. The projects are fun, hands-on, and a great way for kids to build confidence and creativity. These workshops are offered on a monthly basis, making them a wonderful activity for families. Each month it's a different project. The project for June was a goalie game. The kit includes a cute pin and certificate as well. It's super cute.
