Dr. Hatch was knowledgeable and professional and assured me he could not only help me with my injury in my lower back but also helped me with an old ski injury. wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I enjoy seeing Dr McKen, but the office staff is awful. They took a front desk Secretary and made her office manager, that should say something. They charge ridiculous rates and do not care about people's financial wellbeing when sticking then with expensive bills. The office manager, Kathy gets snooty and andarrogant when she knows the consumer has no power when it comes to medical billing. UPDATE: Dr Hatch reached out and paid back most of the money that my son-in-law overpaid for medical claims. They were happy with the outcome. read more

Chiropractic care was good but business practices are extremely sketchy. They opted to quit taking almost all insurance plans in Q4 of 2018 but later in 2018 they promoted them selves as being back in network with these plans. But now insurance is denying benefits because they are actually not in network. read more

I thought I broke my toe. I called my dr's office - they said I'd have to see the dr, get a referral, get the xrays done, have someone else read them, then see the dr for treatment. Even with insurance, it would have taken at least 3 days and cost a lot out of pocket (and I love my dr). I found Hatch online saying they do xrays, so I called, and they got me in at 8am the next day, took two xrays and read them on the spot. I saw Dr. McKen, he is great! If I ever need xrays again, I am going to Hatch. Excellent prices, Dr. McKen is fantastic, the staff was really helpful. Thank you! (Hatch doesn't take the insurance I have, but I only paid $100 for both xrays and the visit. That's WAY less than I would have paid using my insurance and going through the referral. Way less. Update since last review: Dr Hatch reached out to ke and we met. He seemed understanding and willing to make the situation right. He refunded almost all of the money we overpaid for massages and admin fee. He stated he was not aware of us being told it would cost more money to talk with him and claimed he did not say that. All of the staff here is wonderful! They are nice, professional, and also truly care about you. They want to help you feel better and make sure you continue to improve and feel better. After suffering from migraines for years, I've found that regular adjustments help tremendously at keeping them away. I've seen Dr. McKen and absolutely loved him! I've also seen Dr. Rizer while I was pregnant and she helped with a lot of my ligament pain. There is no better massage therapist that Petrie! Every time I've gone in, my muscles are extremely tight and he's been able to work them out. Avi is a master acupuncturist that has helped me with circulation problems and tight muscles. PREGNANT MOMS LOOK HERE!!! I love Hatch Chiropractic! My OBGYN recommended them for prenatal back pain. Starting at 14 weeks pregnant my lower back began to hurt and stretching daily didn't help. I started going to see Dr. Rizer (She is amazing!) at 17 weeks and by week 21 my back barely hurt at all! Now I am 23 weeks pregnant and it only bothers me intermittently and probably wouldn't bother me at all if I wasn't continuing to gain baby weight ;) They offer medical taping for pregnant moms to help support your belly as you gain weight. Its a life saver:) They will show you exercises and stretches that would be beneficial. And they also treat with heat and muscle stimulation with most patients. My husband started going at the same time for his back and neck pain (stemming from 4 knee surgeries) and we are seeing Improvement! The practice also offers massage, acupuncture/dry needling/cupping, K-lasering, decompression and they have an in-house x-ray machine so they can diagnose more easily on the spot! Went in with 1 problem, left with 6. And none of those were what I had gone in for. Had a pinched nerve in my back from writing and asked for tips how to alleviate it/ prevent flair ups. Instead, I was first given an adjustment, then xrays, told I had scoliosis, that my neck pointed too far forward (and that I should try pulling my neck back), a leg was too short, and so on. According to them I needed to start scheduling follow up as soon as possible to alleviate these issues. Throughout and left undressed was pain in my back. When I suggested that maybe a massage would better help instead, Hatch Chiropractic were keen on scheduling one of those instead. That's where I drew the line; I felt less like I had gone to a medical professional, and more to a store; picking treatments off of shelves that I thought would make me feel better, rather than receiving advice. I also feel uncomfortable that I was given xrays second, and an adjustment first without (what I felt was) a reasonable amount of examination. I was heavily clothed, asked to lie down, and they begun right away. If I do have scoliosis, one would think going through the rigors of an adjustment prior to knowing that would be a bad idea and perhaps lead to injury! If it isn't clear, the one star is not hyperbole. read more

Dr Hatch gave me my life back. 2 years ago I had a head injury resulting in subarachnoid bleed and whiplash. I had a 15 year old fusion at C456 that I was concerned about at that time. About 8 months later I woke up with severe ringing in my head, all day, drove me to massive depression. I saw 4 ENTs, 2 skull based surgeons, a neurosurgen twice, ER 3 times, and a migrane neurologists about 8 times. Too many doctors to count. I had 4 MRIs and 4 CT scans and NO ONE looked at my neck! I got an MRI on my neck and it was clear upper cervical was the problem. I had an ablasion at C234. Nothing worked. I found doctor Hatch. He used the strap on my neck a few times and my head turned on my spine. Instant relief! I still battle the issue of ringing but it is so much better now. I have more time with no ringing then with it. Dr. Hatch gave me my life back. I saw him twice a week for a month and am now at once a week. He started Prolo Therapy on my neck and then Prolozone Therapy on my low back. I am sold, I will be with Dr Hatch forever. I have been working with Dr. Hatch for months. Not only has he made a drastic improvement on my daily back pain, but he essentially cured my severe wrist pain (which woke me out of sleep). I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hatch, Dr. Woz, and their awesome staff (Julia and Jennifer- you girls rock)! I started seeing Dr. Hatch in my third-trimester of pregnancy. I had been planning for an unmedicated VBAC, and I was urged by my midwife to see an acupuncturist. Not only did the doc get rid of my annoying rib pain, but he made the rest of my pregnancy rather painless. At 36-weeks, I was dealt a major whammy: an ultrasound showed that my son was breech, and the chances of ending up with another c-section went up significantly. I was also (falsely) told that my boy was going to be too big and that my pelvis was probably too small... Dr. Hatch told me not to worry, worked his magic, and within a week my boy was head-down and in favorable position. Fast forward four weeks and eight treatments later... my second son finally decided to make his appearance into the world. From first contraction to being in my arms: 11-hours. I got my unmedicated VBAC, and I am convinced that without the work of this amazing office I probably would not have succeeded. You guys rock!
