I've been coming to Whole Health for several years. They have helped me for routine maintenance, as well as fixing a few injuries that have popped up. Dr. Greg has been my chiropractor for several years. He is someone who I trust and it doesn't take him long to figure out what I need. I've also visited with Dr. Maggie in acupuncture, and she's been great. During this COVID era I've been really impressed with the safety measures that Whole Health has put in place. I suffered with having swollen lymph nodes all over my body because a Dr. in Philadelphia left me on high doses of prednisone. I could hardly breathe or understand how/what or why these hard lumps where multiplying under my chin for as the swollen lymph nodes started blocking my breathing area( right under the chin)I'm not one to run to the hospitals for much so thank God I tried Acupuncture, Maggie is the best;)) She's patient, gentle and explains everything. The staff are wonderful, polite, always kind and helpful. The treatments we've received have been fabulous, kept us healthy and strong. I see a few bad reviews here and I feel the need to chime in here. I went to Whole Health on the recommendation of my lawyer who wanted me to get the best possible cranio sacral therapy I could. Stefan is amazing. He knows his stuff and he was a huge help for me. I have had a lot of massage work over the years but I have to say that Stefan has been the best. He knows how much pressure to use and how to work the areas that need work correctly. I could not recommend them and Stefan more. The front desk has always been efficient and once my auto injury claim is settled, I'll be purchasing a years worth of massage and making a standing appointment if possible. read more

This is a hard review to write, because there's much about Whole Health Center that I like. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient. Most of the times, my massages with Diane were great. However, the main reason for me going to Whole Health was for chiropractic. I read the Yelp reviews and it sounded like Greg was THE person. I went in for an initial consultation and he was (is!) very friendly and caring. It's awkward to write this review because I like him as a person, but I've been recovering from his chiropractic work for many months now. It has been painful, expensive, and emotionally exhausting. After about 8 adjustments, I approached Greg and told him my left leg was going numb after seeing him. He seemed surprised and confused about what it could be. After a couple more adjustments from him (shame on me!), it got worse-- and I stopped going. Numbness morphed into shooting pain. I ended up having to go to a specialist to have it looked at. They were mortified by how much my low back had been yanked around. My L5 couldn't even be lightly grazed over without me hitting the ceiling. It has taken many expensive, HOUR long sessions so that my leg leg doesn't go numb-- and it will continue to be a journey to get me completely healed. Luckily, there was no permanent nerve damage, but it has been an absolute nightmare. read more

I am absolutely delighted with Whole Health. The front desk staff is friendly, attentive and professional. They actually look up from the computer and speak with you. They have the right people working at the front desk; people who make you feel welcome and important. Imagine the typical doctor's office reception desk: This is the polar opposite of that. The facility is very clean and comfortable, not at all clinical feeling. I have been on the receiving end of Autumn's incredible hands for a pre-chiropractic adjustment massage twice and both times I walked away--after just a few minutes--feeling like she'd excavated gigantic boulders of stress from my shoulders and neck. I didn't pay to see a masseuse, she just snatched me up while I was waiting for my appointment--twice--and went to work on me because ... well, I don't know why. But I've never had someone just want to take care of me for the sake of taking care on me (my mother doesn't count). The highlight for me was Dr. Greg, the chiropractor, who actually took the time to listen to me describe my medical issues, as well as how they were impacting my mentally, emotionally, etc. He thoughtfully described the short- and long-term process I would undergo, answered every question I had, and also connected with me on a personal basis. His adjustments have made a phenomenal impact on my physical well-being in a very short period of time, and even after a few sessions he is still talking about where we are, where we are headed, and answering all of my questions. This is what medicine is supposed to be: compassionate professionals who love what they do and while doing so invest the energy into making personal connections with patients as well as making a positive difference in the lives of those whom they serve. And that last word, "serve", is important: Whole Health absolutely embodies the servant-leader philosophy. I simply cannot overstate how impressed I am, nor can I recommend Autumn, Dr. Greg, and Whole Health enough. read more

Very friendly staff, and nice vibe when you walk in. They have green tea and water in the lobby for while you are waiting. This was my first massage here and I admit, I never knew they had massage here. I've been driving by this building for years and didn't really know what it was. They have acupuncture here as well, which maybe I will have to try next. Just like anywhere else you go, the first massage you have paperwork to fill out and a brief discussion before the actual massage. While I thought the massage I got was very relaxing, I have had many massages and it seemed my therapist may have been new? There was definitely not a symmetrical approach to it. She did things on one side of my back that she didn't do on the other, which seemed odd to me. Neck massage was great, and same thing on the legs... not a symmetrical experience which I am not used to. Still, it got me relaxed and I enjoyed it, I've just experienced better. read more

Copied from my review in Google. I cannot thank this place enough. I was sick since last week with a fever that raised up to 104 and a backache that literally didn't let me stand up. I first went to urgent care, but with the steroids and pain killers they injected me, they could reduce for a little bit and temporally the pain/fever I had. So I decided to go to Whole Health in Lone Tree as they have helped me before with something that regular doctors couldn't. Long story short I got a massage on my back with Caila. She also apply on my back some no pain scent. When I got home after the massage I finally could sleep deep (I couldn't sleep well all those days) and when I woke up I was cured!!! Hooray. Still feeling some come of sore in my back but I could stand up without any issue ... and fever gone ... so whatever muscles I had out of place was causing that much trouble. I first come here one year ago because I was getting rashes and upset stomach all the time so one of my friends from work recommended me this place. I was tested for allergies. OMG you don't how many allergies I had, I though I will have to feed myself only with water and spinach the rest of my life. I am so glad Kerry (btw SHE IS THE BEST) could identify those allergies and clear most of them. I can say that thanks to her my quality of life improved. I have nothing against regular medicine, I won't ever miss a check, skip a shot or stuff like that, but I really love this place and alternative medicine have saved my life. read more

Love Whole Health! I have been seeing Keiko for Acupuncture for a few years now to control my eczema and find the cause. The doctors have no answers, just creams and medication. It has been very helpful for my overall health and helped my eczema. We have worked on my diet by doing some food testing and all is helping me feel better all around. Two weeks ago I started having a brutal pain in my lower back, which I figured would go away if I just took it easy and didn't do anything strenuous (guys always think this). After a week of laying around, with no progress and a feeling of exhaustion from the pain (I just couldn't take it anymore), I called Whole Health and was able to schedule a massage with Caila later that day. Fwiw, I had never been to Whole Health, and never knew anything about the place. I don't mean to be overly dramatic here, but seriously - thank god for Caila! I've had massages on vacation a few times, but I didn't actually know that a massage could be so therapeutic. I mostly thought of massages as 'feeling good' and stress relievers. Before she began, Caila asked me what was going on with my back, we talked about it for a few minutes, she seemed to give it some real thought, then she went to work. During that hour she worked around the lower back area about half of the time, and other areas that she said were connected to the lower back area for the other half. When she hit painful spots, it never felt like it was caused by too much pressure, but rather, because those were the areas that were sensitive and needed it. So, a good and purposeful pain if that makes sense. About 30-40 minutes into the massage I noticed that for the first time in a week my back was without pain. I finally had some relief! If you've ever had serious back pain, you know how golden this is. After the hour was done and I stood up for the first time I was a bit dizzy, like my body had just had something major happen to it. I felt amazing and a huge amount of relief. It's hard to explain what I was feeling, but it was much more than I expected, and it felt like Caila had given me a gift. When I got home that night, I felt like Caila had taken away about 80% of the pain I had (which I would've thought was impossible from a single massage), but I was concerned that I'd wake up the next day feeling worse again. Thankfully I didn't, and I woke up feeling the same as I did right after the massage - about 80% healed. In the week since, I got so tired of laying around that I've been out running errands, going for short walks, and things that I probably shouldn't be doing yet. I didn't get any worse from it, but I didn't do any more healing either. So, a few hours ago I had a follow-up session with Caila to work on that remaining 20%. Well, the girl has done it again and I think she's cured me. Right now I feel no pain at all, just a very slight bit of tenderness that I think will be gone in a day or two. I realize it's not like I just went through 2 years of recovering from cancer or something like that, but as I've gotten older I've learned to appreciate things more than I used to. A week of debilitating lower back pain was enough for me to realize that I can no longer just bang through life without consequence. My body has been telling me that I'm no longer invincible (which just sucks), but I think some preventative maintenance can help me feel like I still am. As a result, I will be seeing Caila every other week from here on out. I'm 45 years old and have found someone who is truly capable of healing, so this just seems like the smartest thing I can do. Whole Health Center, and specifically Dr. Lin, have offered me relief from pain that I could not find anywhere else. After years of trying conventional treatments, which included lots of prescriptions, I decided to try acupuncture. I wish I had done this first, instead of last, as I am living mostly pain-free for the first time in ages. Dr. Lin is knowledgeable, kind, and offers excellent advice in terms of healthy choices and improving ones' life in general. I always feel cared-for, regardless of who I see when I visit Whole Health. They have a professional staff and offer much more than a typical doctor's office. I've been going to Whole Health Center in Lone Tree for years. I've gone there for acupuncture, chiropractic work, shock wave therapy, massage, Chinese meridian therapy, sauna treatments, etc. Shock wave therapy is the only thing that helped me on decades long leg injuries. I've also purchased supplements here. This is a great alternative to prescription medications and surgeries. Courtney is a miracle worker! I was unable to move my neck without feeling sharp pain in my shoulder so I called Whole Health Center. They were able to squeeze me in the same day for a quick 30 minute massage and let me tell you, I felt amazing afterwards! Cool facility. They cultivate this kind of chill, eastern, pagoda vibe in the place. You can't help but feel a little more relaxed just waiting to be treated, in a sleepy, find-your-center kind of way. They provide a lot of different alternative treatments there that I'm tempted to try, but I've only used them for chiropractic because honestly, they're in-network (Cigna) and close to work. I went to them for back pain, shoulder pain, testacle pain and foot pain. The foot pain was gone upon walking out. After 6 visits which was covered by insurance, I was amazed that the pain was 90-100% better. My foot pain is back so I am headed back today. read more

Have to say, my message today with Shelby was pretty dismal. It was frustrating and not relaxing. When I gave her feedback on my massage pressure (too light-it felt like she was rubbing me, then to too hard-like knuckles into my muscles!), she was defensive and told me my nervous system was off! Ha! I normally get a message every 2-4 weeks at my private health club so I know massage, so maybe this just isn't the kind of place to get a real professional massage. But, the charge at $70 for 60 minutes is the same price, and this massage is no where near the quality. This gal did a neck chair massage a couple weeks back which was great. But this full body was terrible! Very unsymmetrical, spending uneven amounts of time on left to right, barely touching my toes or fingers (and we discussed beforehand emphasizing wanting a good foot massage) and she never even touched a sore hip flexor that we discussed before. ) Weird. I had a $10 off coupon but I feel this massage was worth about $25. Obviously, many other places to go for massage when my regular massage therapist is unavailable-but it definitely won't be at Whole Health again! Plus, I left my phone number off on my intake paperwork, as well as my email. I didn't want to be contacted. The receptionist was so unprofessional as to ask as I was leaving saying they NEED it for their records. Weird and unprofessional again. If I wanted to give it, I would have! Ha! Now I know why their parking lot is often empty and they often have a sign spinner trying to get business. Better step up their game, or they will be out of business. Never going back-bad massage and staff on rude side. read more

So far this business has more than exceeded my expectations. I went in a few weeks ago for a massage with Nancy for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. She was the best I have seen so far. She not only knew how to get the knots to release without torturing me, she also explained what was going on and showed me stretches to help with the issue. She then recommended that I try acupuncture but not in a overaggressive way. I went back for my first acupuncture treatment - I will try anything to help with this neck issue - and I am amazed at how much better I feel already. I saw Joone and he first explained how it works and what I need to change with my diet and time (or lack of) I dedicate to working out. I really like the fact that the professionals all take the time to explain how to prevent or lesson chronic pain as well as follow up calls to see how you are feeling after the appointments.
