They failed to protect the paint adequately, and the damage was a result of their negligence. Despite this, they refused to repair the sign under warranty and wanted to charge us more than the original price of the refurbishment to fix the current damage.

It was in the outside elements for just under 3 months before it started peeling. I took it back to the sign shop so they could replace the faceing (decal) and when I got it back, it came with patchwork, bubbles on top of the debris that were never fully cleaned or wiped down before the new decal was replaced. I'll be ordering my new signs from a professional online sign shop for now on where the signs will be Aluminum with screened on logos.

Larissa sent me so many paper options, colors, fonts, and sample invites, and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Our wedding was in January and we sent out our invitations in November, and we are still getting compliments on the design! Many guests have said it's the most creative and imaginative invitation they have ever received, and that makes me feel good. Very happy with the outcome, look and design were perfect, even explained the better ways of washing the car that wouldn't mess up the logo so it stays in the car longer. I'm very happy with the outcome and have no problem recommending this shop for things. A few years ago I needs some signs made, was very happy with them. They hanging outside on fences and posts on our property. The work was done a number of years ago, haven't shown any sign of fade or weathering. Still look great. I'll be getting some Tee shirts designed soon and will certainly be back when I need things done.
