Ordered a portion of uniforms and paid for all socks on invoice. Then was charged again on second order for socks. Once uniforms were ready we picked them up only to find that socks were missing once back home. Had to have a grandparent pick up socks one week later. We're never told the socks were men's socks and not kids socks. I understand it's a small business but there were many mistakes. We paid $77 for uniforms and most parents complained of the way they fit not being the same as the trial. The owner said it was due to excessive washing on the trials. After all we got out uniforms but I would not order from here again. Not worth the headache

On March 5th I ordered some custom colored masks for my first live event since my business had been shutdown and it was really important to me that I had certain colored masks for certain outfits at the conference that I was emceeing. We had several conversations back and forth about the size and I sent multiple photos. A month later, she told me that the had arrived but they sent the toddler size. I reminded her that timing was really important as I was leaving town on April 23. On Tuesday the 20th she messaged me that they were in. I live an hour away and asked her to ship them because I was so busy getting ready for the conference. Needless to say, they didn't arrive on time. They weren't shipped until the next day, and no effort was made to get them to me in time....not even priority mail which would have worked. When I asked about them on Thursday, she told me she had "no control over shipping" which I found sad and hilarious. The real kicker for me was that when I got home from trip I found them...the "emerald" one was a hideous shade of green and not even close to emerald. Plus, they were a full inch too small and don't even fit my son. Will be taking all of my business elsewhere in the future.

My print job involved a complicated process: 300+ pages, 18 report chapters with custom-printed divider tabs to be inserted, and color-specific covers/backs + a large size spiral bind. But these components were the easiest part of the project that Debra and team tackled! My client's last extremely last-minute edits to the report (one day before Debra was scheduled to be out of the office and the client was scheduled to leave the country), is where Debra's team displayed superhero customer service. A project that we mutually agreed would need 3 days to print, insert tabs, and assemble, was all accomplished in 24 hours. I fully expected to arrive at Allegra's office in Reno (45 minutes from my office) to pick up all the separate components that I would manually put together myself because of the last-minute edits. When they brought out the box of fully assembled reports, completely ready to go, I literally got teary-eyed. I couldn't believe the lengths that Debra and her team went to, to get this project over the finish line, given the extraordinary circumstances. I was looking at a day of stress and scrambling to assemble the reports and then find someone who could spiral bind them so I could meet my client before they flew out that same day. Instead, I had the exact opposite day. And I fully expected to pay double what I was charged - just based on the pain in the butt factor of this project! The value of print job and customer service were outstandingly priced. I can't say enough great things about Allegra ... I've used all the other print options out there, including online and local big print shops. I'm taking the time to write this now because I'm about to order another big print job.
