Note: they recycle rigid and food packaging styrofoam (needs to be collected in clear plastic bags which Im unclear as to why, but I think they provide bags if needed). They don't take the squishy spongy kind of Styrofoam, and no packing peanuts.

But the owner's hostility and gaslighting about the dress really surprised me, and made me feel that I had to warn others to not use this business.

She claims in her receipt that they are only responsible for clothes they damage . HELLO!!. Like a hole in a item . With that she hands me a receipt with all sorts of info on the back. Owner said insurance would not cover it and she would offer me $35 for the pants I paid $500. Needless to say I refused . So to anyone who values their clothes, I would suggest you look for a different cleaner. I KNOW I AM! NO STARS!!
