Unfortunately, the final product looked very sloppy and nowhere near the quality I would expect from a professional jeweler. We had also agreed to use gold from my grandmother's ring in the new ring, but when I received a refund, they were able to return the original ring to me, showing that agreement was never followed through on either. I have attached the reference photos we provided along with the final product we received. Issues with the ring included: an off-center diamond, an unfinished cathedral, missing milgrain on the bridge despite being assured it could be done, numerous scratches and dings, and very sloppy prongs. I was only ever shown a photo of the tulip head being cast, which makes me question whether an old ring was used rather than creating ours from scratch. They also sized my fiancée at 5.75, documented it on the receipt, then made the ring a size 7 and tried to convince us she was actually a size 7. Before asking for a refund, I posted the ring on Reddit to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable. Many jewelers agreed it was terrible work. After we brought these issues to their attention, and asked for a refund, they kindly and promptly issued a refund.
