Over to years I have built a relationship with these guys a trust I always go in and get my stuff back I've only sold one or two items and I tell them that up front everything I go and pawn at their shop I get back the time they're courteous they're cool they let me talk and yes I can talk a lot morning just asking they have got my loyalty I will not go anywhere else I've been going there better part of a decade or more maybe I don't know probably a little bit less but I'll give them five stars we're reading of 10 and an infinite two thumbs up I don't know how to get any better but just imagine my rating of them is as high as it'll go in every way State Bank form they got my my loyalty and if I can rate them any higher I would I've always been good to me read more

I have done business with Marks Pawn for years. Their employees set them apart from any other pawn shop I have ever been in. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to help you find what you want if possible. I have a gun collection and I have had my purchases delivered to Mark's Pawn even though I live in Ocala Florida. They do their job well and treat their customers very well too. There are very few stores where I look forward to going to, but Mark's Pawn is one of the few places I look forward to visiting. There is always something I can find that interests me. I have purchased four firearms over the last year and a half from Mark's Jewelry and Pawn in Belleview, Florida, through the GunGenie/Gallery of Guns online program. I shop online to find the firearm I want, place the order and in a couple of days I go to the pawn shop to complete the transaction. All is legal and simple, I got the firearms I wanted and I saved some money. The shop is nice and clean and the people there are friendly. I went there for the first time with my wife, Tere Pizarro after seeing that in this pawn shop they sell coins as seen on a Facebook store adds. My wife drived for 1 hour with 4 minutes since we live in Clermont, Florida but it was woth it. We were attended by a excellent employee Mrs. Lisa which showed us all the coins and she has excellent Customer service! I am a coin collector and They have a excellent coin inventory with excellent prices and I bought a lot of coins. In the shop they also have Rolex watches, Gold and silver jewelry, electronic appliances and we used the restroom which was impeccable clean. We will recommend this place without hesitation! STAY AWAY! First time visiting the pawn shop. I'm from out of town visiting family. Looking for an FFL dealer and spoke with a gentleman that helped me in the right direction. Ordered part and went to pick it up. Upon showing up to the store, the lady behind the counter was upset at me for her not knowing my information. She then refused to sell me the parts I ordered because I live in a different state. I am active duty military and never had a problem before with getting stuff like this. She didn't know what he was talking about and had three different employees try to explain to her what I ordered and that she can sell them to me. After that she went on to tell me, that the place I bought my parts from "should be the last time you do business with them". I wish I could give them zero stars just for her.
