We recently decided to try out a cleaning service and did a lot of shopping around beforehand. I was getting a little discouraged with the options, but then we found Hate2Clean and have been very happy! They do an awesome job and are very professional and reliable. We have them coming every other week, but they do such a great job we barely feel like we need them that often! They have been very flexible with us as far as scheduling and communicating about when they will arrive. We have an alarm system that we can disarm from our phones and they send us a text message to let us know when they arrive and are finished so we can disarm and set the alarm. They send the same team each time and our cleaners are so friendly each time I see them! I feel comfortable leaving them in our apartment, which was something I wasn't sure we would be okay with when we were looking into other companies. I love them. The biggest thing for me about a regular cleaning person(s) coming over while I'm away (and having a house key) is trust. Just by chance I've been home a few times when they've come by and gotten to know the couple who cleans my home for His and Hers. These guys are great - good people, trust worthy, and really just want to make their client happy. As a company, that seems to be something they uphold as well. Also, I don't know that you have to tip every time - like after the the first clean they send an email quoting future cleanings and say you can leave a tip but I don't think it's a recurring tip - just a tip for that particular service. read more

My few experiences with them have been pretty good. They were easy to get a hold of and schedule with. They cleaning service it self was not bad but its very expensive and for being expensive, some things were missed.. Over 100$ for a small one bedroom apartment for a deep cleaning. Then you have to pay an additional 20 for cleaning of the refrigerator. I might use them once more but I will keep looking for a more reasonable price and at least equal or better service. read more

I've used several cleaning services and independent house cleaners over the years but often have become frustrated over inconsistencies in the cleanings and cleaners just not showing up. I am so happy to find this truly professional maid service. I received a quote for a Basic cleaning (they call it a Deluxe), that day, by simply submitting my info thru their website. I didn't need a deep cleaning the first time as I had just moved into our new place. Since I wanted to meet the house cleaners the first time, they gave me a time frame in which to expect them to arrive plus they texted me when the cleaners were on their way. An hours heads up. Which I appreciated. I understand that I'm not the only ones that they clean for so that was cool with me. When the cleaners arrived, I was immediate put at easy by my assigned house cleaners. Yes! They send the same cleaners every time. Nice! They were pros that got right in there cleaning my place till it literally gleamed. I was so impressed I signed up for biweekly cleanings that day, which was even cheaper than the 1st cleaning. Super nice! Every 3 -6 months or so I text in and get their Ultimate cleaning package which included blinds, window sills, baseboards, & I add fridge cleaning. You know the stuff you don't need cleaned ever time but every once in a while. These add ons are very affordable too. In addition, I appreciate that they are a natural green company. Meaning, they supply all the non toxic cleaning supplies and equipment and its included in the price. I've recently developed allergies to certain scents and some chemicals and did not have a reaction like I did with other so called natural cleaning companies. Oh and the best part is they were the least expensive of all the professional services bonded and insured companies I called. Natural or not. I'm sure I could have found cheaper but I would have had to supply all the cleaning supplies, which becomes expensive, trust me! Or would have had to deal with the inconsistencies mentioned earlier. I've been debating whether to write this review, but I'm still finding blonde hairs on my stove top, so I kind of want to get it out there. First of all, the people who run this service seem very nice on the phone, but they're not the ones who clean your home. Second of all, it's very easy to set up an appointment, and they give you a lot of information about the type of cleaning you're signing up for (maybe too much information). There are limitations on what they will and will not clean. They basically ask you to move most items (no more than 5) from your counters. They even requested bath mats be removed (I ignored this). This is all before they get there. I had been traveling the day the assigned cleaners came, so the next night when I returned I thought they did an okay job. On closer inspection I found blonde hairs on my stove top and on my side table in my living room. I also found a long brown hair in my bathtub. Per my picture, they weren't mine. My stove top was also scratched. I acknowledge that a few of my knob numbers were peeling off, but by the time the His and Hers cleaners were done, several more were gone entirely, and there are scratches that weren't there previously. The price was too much for that. Plus, apparently the client is expected to tip every time their house is cleaned. I don't like that pressure. I'd rather they just increase their price. Ostensibly the tip is if the cleaners do a good job, but it was positioned more as an expectation. I know I should have waited and done a thorough inspection before I thanked His and Hers for doing a good job and tipped, so my bad on that. But it's the level of cleaning that would make me not want to use this service or their cleaners ever again, whether they speak English (apparently a selling-point of H&H) or not. read more

I was so disappointed in this cleaning service! I thought I had found a service that would provide a good clean for a fair price but the owner/scheduler was a nightmare to work with. The two days I had cleans scheduled the team showed up late both times and since they work off a 2 hour time block (like the cable providers) I found myself waiting for them for hours. When they showed up late the second time I called and they gave me an excuse about flat tires on their truck, however they didn't even call to let me know. BUT HERE IS THE WORST PART... after not showing up and not calling to let me know they were going to be late they threatened to CHARGE ME - for SERVICES THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE!!!! They wanted to charge me for the clean plus a $50 cancelation fee!! When I reminded them several times that I did not cancel; it was their team who didn't show up for the clean on time, I was met with arguments and insistence on letting them do the clean or pay them the clean fee plus cancelation fee. They said I signed a contract when I requested the estimate. Exact words: "You agreed to read and agreed to our Terms of Service when you check the box on our website." They did eventually let it go after I reminded them I had all of our correspondence in writing and with date/time stamps. Fortunately I did not have to take this to the BBB. Hands down the worst customer service and most unprofessional service provider I have come into contact with in years. read more

I don't ever put reviews on Yelp so I rarely login to my account. Today I happened to login to my account and saw that Mr. David from Hate2Clean replied to my original post with absolute lies and slander. My communications with Mr. David were only by email after our first conversation setting up my cleaning. Mr. David never contacted me by phone or tried to make things right with even the offer of a second cleaning which was part of my absolute frustration with this company. No customer service existed. I never requested a refund or threatened to post a Yelp review(which makes me laugh hysterically---If I wanted to get my money back I would have just contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges since the work promised was clearly not done. I also have pictures.) I don't appreciate his personal slander towards me in saying I was trying to bully him for a refund as that did not happen nor would I ever do such a thing. I paid to upgrade to the ultimate cleaning which was a waste of $20. My blinds are not clean. My lights that hang over my bar area still have dust on them. The bathroom lights looked like they were wiped but the dust was left on them. I forgot to move my toiletries in the bathtub so a main area i wanted clean was not cleaned. Base boards in my dining area were not wiped. The top part of the frame of my bed was not dusted. Overall I would say that was a light surface cleaning at best for my 840sqft area that was already pre-decluttered and tidied up without having to totally inconvenience my life by packing up everything on surfaces into boxes. If I had spent $50 on it I may have been able to deal with it but for the $92 that was charged on my credit card and promise of an "ultimate cleaning" I would say very poor job.
