She is one of the best Vinyasa teachers I've ever learned from and fully embodies what yoga is truly about: inward connection through asana, pranayama, and leela (play!). It seems there are many phony studios these days that focus solely on fitness and lack the essence of true yoga. This is the rare exception! The classes I made it to were not crowded and I appreciated the large locker rooms with showers. I was happy to be able to check it out with a new student special and made it to 3 classes. 2 weeks for 20 dollars is very reasonable and gives you a good feel for the studio and what they have to offer. I had some initial trouble signing up, but got that sorted out on my own. I think the class I enjoyed most was the Tuesday night Yin. It was very relaxing after an exhausting day of work. I'm not a huge fan of Bikram style classes and the two Hatha classes I took both ended up being this style even though they were taught by different instructors. I am really sad to have missed out on the Barre classes which is what most appealed to me at this studio. I'll definitely be back at some point in the future.

I felt soooo relaxed in this yoga class, it was almost like doing meditation. We did some amazing stretches (she asked what we wanted to focus on & we all said stretching).
