Austin met us at the door and immediately set the tone for the entire experience. His professionalism and warmth gave us complete confidence that we had chosen the right place. Cameron, our party host, was exceptional. He ensured every child was attended to, drinks and popcorn never ran low, and the energy stayed high from start to finish. His attentiveness was impressive and did not go unnoticed. Credit also belongs to Thannuel, the manager, whose leadership was evident throughout. It was clear that nothing was left to chance. Every detail was accounted for, and the entire operation ran seamlessly under his oversight. This is a well-run establishment with a team that takes pride in their work. We will absolutely return.

Otherwise, the rink is very well-kept, with a smooth hardwood floor, strobe lighting, and, of course, skate rentals; they are included in the $10 training fee but are not included with regular admission. I look forward to returning for more practice sessions before purchasing my own snazzy roller skates.

Extreme Ice is a…read moregood operation with loads of instruction, classes, rental equipment, birthday parties and their wonderful bar and snack bar upstairs. there is also a down stairs order window, but using the upstairs bar allows you access to balconies over each of the two main ice rinks. Service is generally at the bar or at the windows. Sometimes an employee will circulate taking orders. Their menu has grown over the past few years into a very nice assortment of sandwiches, burgers, salads, appetizers and pizzas. Prices are very reasonable. Nice people, good food, good portions and fast service.

They charged $9 per person if you're skating so I paid $27 for 3 kids. We got the kids skates and they do charge $5 per bar if the kids need it to help them stand and skate. They had fun music , kids were having a blast. They also have a play area in the back as well for kids who don't want to skate or taking a break from skating. I also got a large pizza and pitcher of juice for the kids and altogether that costs me $27 as well. Overall it wasn't bad pricing for the amount of kids we fed lol. This was the first time my daughter skated without the bar and she fell A LOT lol but I was so proud of her for getting up and keep going. We had a great night. Definitely will be back.

I'm glad they have somewhere safe and healthy to hang out. It was a bit overwhelming for me with my two young ones. Not because of the older young kids, but there were so many people. The lines are long, and the majority of the staff is in a lackadaisical haze, like, hello, snap into it and get with it so you can move these people where they need to be. Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. It goes widthwise, and it is a lot going on, but it is a really good space. My kids enjoy it. I don't ever think we make it to the far end of the area, which is why I say it's an interesting setup. The arcade area is small but has a variety. You can purchase a card and play some games for fun and others for tickets. The birthday party area is upstairs, and it's pretty big. It is a fun place for the kids even if they have a lot going on.

In November I tried calling to book the event. They said they would respond within 24 hours. 48+ hours later nothing. Tried reaching out via web, Facebook and the emails. Nothing. Decided to still have our group go. 3 days prior a lady called and asked If we still needed help setting up our group event. All I asked was for tables to be reserved. She said to go to the skate rental building on the day of the event it would be taken care of. When I arrived no one knew anything and looked at me like I had 5 heads. Clearly, it was not an issue for tables, as no one was there. So we waited for our group. Christmas music was playing and then all of a sudden it stopped and an annoying hum lasted for over a 1/2 hour. The venue was very disappointing. It appears they spent more money making the website enticing. It was most definitely billed to be much more than it was. It is a skating rink, makeshift tent with cheap Christmas decor and a bar with crappy food. If all you want to do is skate. Go for it, but don't expect anything else or any service. Thankfully I didn't pay anything. Not worth it at all!

My youngest niece had the red thing to help her but she eventually got brave and tried it several times without it but of course she kept falling but for right back up. The sun was beaming down on the rink so the ice was melting pretty fast. They did have a young worker out there trying to push it off to the side so that it wasn't so wet. All the workers were extremely nice and helpful. Each time someone fell down, they'd rush over there to make sure you were ok. We skated for about an hour which is plenty of time out there. It was to a point where my mom would not leave me and my friends alone here she would stay to make sure that we weren't being disrespected by staff members. You can even see on the Google reviews they were always yelling at children and talking down to people degrading them. My real problem comes in with the owner or previous owner Daniel. What happened 5 years ago when I was 12. I would go as far as saying, I was harassed by him, and he started to hate campaign against me to his staff. so what happened was he had this area section off, and it was only being restricted by a chain that was attached two column walls. One of my friends had tripped over this, and that caused part of the wall to fall off with the chain. It was a very clean break and a very small chunk of wall. It probably only would've took some basic home repair glue or whatever to fix it. The owner started yelling at everyone who was crowding the area seeing what happened. I don't even think he asked my friend if she was OK. This resulted in us being very embarrassed and upset, and especially me because I knew that my mother and my parents had been giving this place a lot of money at that point. We had bought several pairs of rollerskates off of them and rollerskate bags. We had come basically every Friday. Bringing in money every Friday. So even 12-year-old was like if this is how you're gonna treat a paying customer I'm gonna leave a bad review. Of course, my bad review when I was 12 was probably not very helpful and it was probably exaggerated. The day after I made the review, I did end up deleting it because I felt bad and my friends had also made bad reviews, but none of them faced the hatred that I faced when I came back to the skating rink. when I came back, Daniel the owner yelled. What are you doing here? I was like I deleted the review and I just want to skate like normal. With the skates that I bought off YOU. And bag I bought off YOU DANIEL! he should appreciate that we were such loyal customers, I understand 12-year-old me might've made a mistake and he's allowed to allow whoever he does or doesn't want in his establishment. My mother was with me and tried to talk to him, he would not allow me to even step foot in the skating rink, but he let my mom go into a private room with him where she told me that he just yelled at her so she left. I believe he took her in the privacy to yell at her because he knew that he would be stopped if he did it in public. When a review is deleted, you have nothing to be mad about anymore. It's gone. And your customers are back so why are you mad? this is not good business. I am only 5 feet and 100 pounds, and I was probably even smaller when I was 12 because I'm 18 years old now and I know I'm right for this bad review. I cannot be guilt tripped into deleting it ever again. my size is relevant to the rest of the story because he had this big guy when I tried to enter the room, I think I was just trying to go with my mom. But he had this big guy, literally go chest to chest with a child. This man was pointing me out and not even saying anything to me, but "out". Daniel, you put 12 year-old me in danger by separating me from my mother I could have been kidnapped and you know the type of people besides kids that come to skating rinks. they don't have stellar records let's just say that. to me it just sounds like Daniel was a big coward because I know he wouldn't have yelled at my mom or me if my father was there. My father wouldn't have allowed it and he wouldn't have done it with another man in his presence. Who was not below him. His staff is below him so they have to listen. Daniel is lucky that we stopped my father from going over there. I would call this harassment and a hate campaign, I would say it's harassment because he brought my mother into a private room to yell at her. That is in intimidation and very threatening to my mother. He intimidated me with that large man, even though he never needed a large man to do that he just could've told me stay out of there. To me the fact that he turned his staff against me too, was a hate campaign because I was friends with those people. And all of his staff just seemed like they had turned against me. Keep in mind the review had been deleted. I had apologized and his customers had all come back, so there was really nothing to be like this about. He knew we were loyal customers.
