I like the go-kart area. That's the only reason why we choose to come here. It gets a bit congested, especially on Saturday, when a lot of young kids come to hang out. I'm glad they have somewhere safe and healthy to hang out. It was a bit overwhelming for me with my two young ones. Not because of the older young kids, but there were so many people. The lines are long, and the majority of the staff is in a lackadaisical haze, like, hello, snap into it and get with it so you can move these people where they need to be. Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. It goes widthwise, and it is a lot going on, but it is a really good space. My kids enjoy it. I don't ever think we make it to the far end of the area, which is why I say it's an interesting setup. The arcade area is small but has a variety. You can purchase a card and play some games for fun and others for tickets. The birthday party area is upstairs, and it's pretty big. Booked a slot online for 1:45pm until 3:15pm. Went in a few minutes early and the front desk attendant (I think her name is Kristina) but she was so helpful! Originally she couldn't find my booking, but was very patient and ended up going by the confirmation number I had. It was a huge location, very clean and busy. We got our socks, and had a blast. We jumped for an hour, went to the foam pit, (I'm too old to be in there but definitely went in once lol). There was a moving section with two arms sticking out, you had to jump over and under without getting hit. The other attendant asked if we wanted to go, I promise you I never laughed so hard!! My children had a good time so ultimately that is what matters; as a paying customer thought I think I should share. There were multiple times throughout the night where I noticed staff standing around talking or not even attending to their posts. A younger child was constantly hitting my children, my daughter told me she didn't feel comfortable and moved to a different part of the park. My daughter is 15 and this child was between 4-6. Another thing that bothered me tremendously was the fact that I stood in line for 15 minutes to purchase socks and when I got to the front found out that the line I was in was the cash only line via a post it note. This place is so fun to burn some energy for your kids. They have trampoline park, laser tag, arcade, basketball, go karts and bouncy house. The place is huge ! The staff was really nice helping with options of what they have and the prices , I love they have a sign with a QR code to do your waiver form before you buy tickets. It was a simple process and got our socks and wristbands. They even give you one if you are an observer which is good so not just anyone can walk around. They have different bands for go kart so they know if you paid for it or not which is cool. They also have a cafe area to buy food and drinks as well which is nice. My daughter's favorite area was the bouncy house which is where she spent most of her time . I did 90 minutes which was 24.99 and I did the go kart add on which was 9.99 for one ride and it was a pretty decent amount of time. I believe the socks were like $4 so altogether I paid about $41 and some change. Wasn't too bad for all that she got to do. I also got a Gatorade from the cafe which was about $3.50. Overall the experience was really fun for her, not too off or different from other places I have been but I actually love the space. To start my month of celebration, I had a plan to go south the first week of February to visit my nieces. Since they no longer live 5mins away the last year has been a continued adjustment. This visit was a total surprise and once everyone got over the shock of us being there it was immediately understood that amateur acrobatics was going to be our first family outing. The girls had been before and was excited for aunty and there big sister to join in on the fun. This is a super sized play warehouse with trampolines, bouncy houses, arcade, laser tag and two fields for in door sports. All the activities have different pricing and waivers are required to participate. Now for a lady without kids like myself, this can be a bit overwhelming. Not the size but the unsupervised kids (I affectionately call crumb snatchers) running a muck, mainly the older ones with no regard for the smaller kids. Nonetheless, I made it through partially unscathed... but with a strong inclination to continue all necessary birth control practices... IJS! For a game of laser tag and a jump session with required socks it was $22 for an adult on Saturday. I do not remember the kids prices (but they do offer a military discount). You are giving a colored arm band to signify your jump session and at that time you enter the trampoline section. The trampolines are divided into about four main sections. An open play area, basketball hoops, a dive pit with tight rope and a mini obstacle course. They recommend if doing laser tag as well that you do it after the trampolines to minimize the wait time do to the preset scheduled start times. We had an amazing time. Several parents sit on the sideline, hence why some kids just go bananas but I recommend jumping right in- pun intended! The laser tag was fun as well, however because it's not that large it is easier to be blasted several times. It can still be pretty cool if you have a good group. You are given vests with lasers guns attached and each vest has a name. At the end your score is loaded and you can see how you're ranked by the name on your vest. If I could give them a zero I would. Be careful when you sign that waver, if something happens to you or yours even if death you can't sue them. I got injured in 2017 and ended up with 3 herniated lower lumbar disc and had a failed back surgery and now need another one. This has changed my whole life and career because I can't work anymore. I cannot sit, stand, twist, bend or lay on my back or right side for too long without severe burning or sharp pain in my back or either leg. I've reached out to many lawyers and they're all stating that there are many cases of injuries and death and because of that waiver no one can sue them, at least adults can't; however, once a child is 18 they can sue them in some states now. They didn't have an attendant to help me out of the foam pit when it happened nor watching anyone jump, I am now looking into a class action lawsuits bc they found a loophole. Went on a weekday and thankfully it wasn't busy. 13 year-old son asked to go here on his birthday. Sign in process is more streamlined now. You walk up to the computers and sign the waivers then pay for what activities you want at the register. Trampoline park was awesome with an obstacle course in the back and he loves the basketball hoops to jump and dunk on. You need hiwire socks with grips on the bottom to jump. My daughter had some from a previous visit but had to buy some for my son. I believe they are 2 or 3 bucks but keep them for next time. Laser tag! Kids loved it. They ended up playing with/against some kids they knew from my son's soccer team so they had even more fun. Sad the basketball goals were removed and replaced by laser tag and arcade games though. But hey this is a business and they have to do what makes them money. Hockey rink was turned into a roller skating rink. Roller skating left a lot to be desired. No music or DJ present. The entry door could be a potential hazard for an inexperienced skater. Entry to rink has a high threshold that can easily cause a fall. Kids skated 10 minutes and were bored. They also have a bounce house area but it is for smaller kids only. Snack bar and vending machines are pricey so we went to eat at CiCis next door instead. I suggest bringing your own water and some snacks to hold them over until you can ger to a nearby restaurant to avoid spending too much. This is not a safe place for kids or adults. Within the first ten minutes we were here, I saw puddles and smears of blood on the ground from a boy who had cut his foot on something. A lady with a swollen her ankle was being wheelchaired out. An hour later, people were rushing around as a fight broke out between some customers. Later, my little girl came to me crying because an older boy punched her when she bumped into him. I looked around and could not locate his parents or anyone supervising him. However, while speaking with the police, I asked about video footage and was told that I had to wait on it. So after asking a few more times to get video footage of that night, I just said forget it. This establishment wasn't very helpful in helping me find out who had stolen his shoes and phone. And unfortunately, my son never got his phone nor shoes back. We're in town visiting during my boys Thanksgiving break. I called prior to going to ask a few questions. I was greeted politely and all of my questions were answered in detail via the phone. Although I'm a "germaphobe," and despite the fact it smells like feet as soon as you enter... I take my son here on special occasions - I know I would have loved going to a trampoline park when I was younger. I hate that you have to jump sock-less, who knows what kinda fungi are lurking!!!! (Oh well, extra foot scrubbing as soon as we get home!) We usually book our tickets online... $8 ages 6 & under $12 7 and up (They charge a .50 convenience fee per ticket purchased) I do believe children (13 & under) have to be accompanied by an adult (as should be) - the chaperoning adult doesn't have to pay to enter, but they cannot jump (you get a rubber wrist band corresponding with your jump time). The main attraction is the huge open trampoline track, as well as foam pit, basketball area (to practice your dunks), and dodgeball. Kiddos birthday present to come to this place. We turn up, first impressions pretty big building going to be good. Pull up in the parking lot and the front entrance has all kinds of trash blowing around outside !!. Go in and pay for the 5 kids to jump (it wasn't obvious that you couldn't jump in your own socks) - its pretty busy but looks good for the kids. So along the lines of what Miguel (other reviewer) said about this place before I have even sat down we witness a young boy being escorted away with a bloody nose. Then later in the day the assistants have to get a wheel chair to a teenager as he can no longer walk due to an injury. Our kids were on for 2 hours and what I would say is that every thirty minutes people are on and off and they just walk across the jumpers which could invite an injury. Also when we were there, you have teenagers jumping with toddlers, that isn't very safe to be honest and witnessed near misses a lot. BUT ... our kids loved it, would we go back probably. The arcade was nice to pass the time while we waited for our time to jump. A couple of the machines were down, but was still fun for passing time. I wish there was more to do in the trampoline area. But the kids had a blast. Very clean, and lots of supervision for the kids from the hi-wire employers. I felt safe enough to let our kids jump alone to go grab some water. I wish I could give this place like 10 stars, but my back and spine would give it one star lmfao. This place is awesome, its 13.00 for adults and 8 for kids 6 and under (my 8 year old twins were 6 for that day lol) my mom did it all the time when I was younger so I'm just keeping tradition alive. To be exact that cost covers only an hour in each park (trampoline, soccer field and bounce house village) which I thought was pretty decent. I recommend giving yourself a half an hour before your time starts to get everything in order (food, drinks, emptying your pockets and changing into the socks they give you to jump in). 1:00 our jumping session started and right away I knew I made the best mistake in my life. I originally just wanted to take the girls but brought myself, my girl and my brother tickets as well. If you are a hardworking adult you should not jump in this place, after 10 minutes I felt like I had just ran 4 back to back full court games of basketball. My brother comes bouncing my way with sweat all over his face...my twins were ricocheting all over the place....and good thing my girl wore her sports bra cuz those dogs would have been loose lol. They have a numerous sections, the trampoline park which is the biggest part, then the dodgeball part which is crazy if you can imagine jumping 8 feet in the air to throw a dodgeball at some 9 year olds head (I apologize if your parents are reading this kid). Also there is a basketball section to shoot of dunk if you can reach the hoop. There is also a foam pit which itself is broken down into 3 sections. 1. trampoline into the foam, 2. a ramp you run up and jump into the foam and 3. a tight rope 15 feet across (I only made it 5 feet and my daughters 3 feet before falling in. There is also a ninja course over a foam pit which was the only thing I was to big for lmfao (like everything else was made for a 33 year old father of 3). Altogether this place is the best for kids who love to be active and you don't want them jumping on the bed. Let me say this one more time...if you have back problems, bad knees or are just out of shape...let your kids jump and sit on the side wit the old folks because you will be carried out on a stretcher lmao. It loos like fun but it is definitely an exercise and a half, one I will never forget because we went on Tuesday and its Friday now and my back still hurts lmao. Your children would love this place. They have a hi wire area where they have one hour to jump on trampolines that span across the length of the building. The can play trampoline dodge ball, trampoline basketball, jump into a trampoline put that's filled with foam, or try to cross a wire that if you fall you will land in a pool of sponge. Seems like it would be a lot of fun but the filth, smell, and crowded place is just "meh". On the trampolines which is a relatively small space with a billion rules, the workers are Non-stop blowing their whistle at EVERYTHING! I'm one for keeping things orderly but it was beyond annoying constantly worrying if my kids or myself were doing something "wrong"...which we weren't and the whistle was never for us, but still. The foam pit is a very small area...kids got bored very quickly. The ninja warrior obstacle course is a joke. The arcade area SUPER over priced. The main line for paying backed up constantly and crowded the area for simple walking. The "jumping jacks" area, which is a bunch of monkey Joe's bounce houses is DISGUSTING!!! This business is highly unprofessional. I planned an event time with the group coordinator of this facility and was explicitly told they would be open at the time and date we planned. When our group of 50 drove 30 minutes out to their location, they were "closed for construction." Upon calling the next morning, I was told by the group coordinator that they weren't open for those hours anyway and the hours he gave to me previously and were also listed on the website were wrong. In speaking with the General Manager later I was promised a letter of apology, my only request, which I never received. I would not recommend attending this business due to lack of professionalism and an obvious lack of care for it's visitors. If you are adult (like my friends and I), try to go on a weekday if you want the most bang for your buck. The foam pits are harder to get out of than you would think. Prepare to pay for a pair of socks if it's your first time - or even if you're a regular and forgot to bring them. The timing of the sessions is off sometimes; staff will loop you into the closest times group with a certain color wristband. This means that even though you are paying for a full hour, you may only actually be in the play area for 45 minutes or so. This place has really gone down for their after school program. The kids just run wild all over the place with minimal supervision. The staff in my option are too young and the fact that other people are allowed to enter the PLEX during the program hours is a red flag and unsafe. The after school program ends at 6pm and that is when other people should be allowed to enter but that is not the case here. I had the worst customer service experience with Bryson. He was extremely rude after my daughter was kicked off 30 minutes early. He was extremely childish and was flinging rubber bands instead of assisting customers. I spoke with Todd the manager via telephone and he was apologetic but I felt he sided with employee. He said he never had a complaint regarding Bryson. Perhaps because Bryson would not give me name or number of Todd until I threatened with a poor review. BRYSON is a disgrace to the company. Took 5 boys skating & found it to be NASTY! Each of the boys' elbows, knees, hands, & clothes were black with grime from the skate floor. They have a sign that says socks or barefoot but then they have another laminated sign that they put up stating no socks or grip socks.
