"You are giving Nina the most difficult gift that you have ever given." When it came time for my youngest son to say goodbye to his beloved Ryker, we didn't hesitate to call Gentle Farewell. Unfortunately, we did not have the same comforting experience. Dr. Parker was not unkind, but we certainly didn't connect with her glowing testimonials on the website. All 5 of us present, found her to be competent, but clinical and a bit rushed. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we certainly weren't left with the same feeling of empathy as the first experience.

His negligence caused a significant hole in the skin covering our pup's elbow. When we sought out help he insisted to tape directly over the quarter-sized hole where his elbow was exposed. When asked not to tape directly on it, he insisted we leave his office with a traumatically open wound because "thats the only way to secure it," and we should, "let nature take its course." Fortunately, Twinbrook in Harborcreek accepted us as new patients and over the last three months of treatment and physical therapy, we're able to save the leg. Dr. Smith brings humbleness and intelligence where Dr. Senita brought ego. Dr. Senita at Animal Clinic is the vet to go to if you want to save money. Dr. Smith at Twinbrook is where you go if you want to save the animal.
