From the moment I called, their team responded incredibly quickly and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It's clear they know what they're doing--everything was handled with professionalism and real expertise. The driver who came out, Trey, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my vehicle was handled properly from start to finish. He loaded my car smoothly and delivered it without any issues at all. You could tell he had a lot of experience and really cared about doing the job right. Another thing that stood out was how clean and well-maintained their tow truck was. Hatton's Towing and Recovery is the BEST. Long story short, my 2001 Subaru's alternator decided to quit at over 263,000 miles. Had to park it. Called AAA, said get to us maybe later. Hatton's called, I asked please if they could get it after 11:30 pm. Hubby and I work 2nd shift only a mile apart, car was about 2 miles away. JT and Cheyenne worked with me. JT came and got the key at my workplace (car was locked in a not so good place 2 miles away) and had to get another car off interstate. We got to go home and JT brought my car home a couple hours later. This place is the absolute best! They go out of their way to help you and JT and Cheyenne are terrific. I could not be happier with their service. Cheyenne has the best customer skills, and JT was very concerned about bringing our car home. Thank you so much! Too bad there's only 5 stars. Absolutely the rudest unprofessional hillbilly money hungry cheats. Tried to ask why they charged a extra day storage when I was there before they opened and was challenged on how dare I ask a question and told it's his company and he can do as he wants and when asked why a second guy fee of 50.00 was charged he said because it's a motorcycle and challenged me for daring to ask these questions. Certainly from of a class of undereducated. Website says they take CC but demanded cash only. I did say it's f"d up and he said bring your ass here as say it in my face and see what happens . I called him a punk bitch when he raised his voice again. He said who the hell are you why you asking me questions and I said I am the guy that picked the bike up and paid to which he responded he has been paid and that's it. read more

Within five minutes of calling, Adam Hatton (owner) personally rescued me (and my damaged car) from a dangerous situation on the side of I-240 Asheville during heavy traffic in the rain. Once he delivered me and my messed up car safely home, he went out of his way (on a rainy day) to prop up my car, crawl on the wet ground with me and fix the problem for which i had to stop on the interstate. I have never before experienced and never dream to again expect such impecable service from any other company. Adam Hatton is a true hero in my eyes. Yesterday AAA could not get anyone to tow my rv for me. AAA said they called 19 locations. I decided to do my own researching. I stumbled upon Hattons and gave him a call. He knew of my situation because AAA already tried him. He told he could help me out early the next day. So I try again with AAA and they tell me Hattons is out of network. Epic fail on AAA part. I called Adam and he assured me that he is AAA primary towing company in Asheville. I can't thank Hatton's Towing enough for helping me out of a very unusual situation. My husband was in the hospital (transported via ambulance), was going into surgery, and in my haste to get to him, I forgot his kayak was on top of our car and drove into the parking garage. Needless to say, it was a disaster as the roof rack was almost torn off. Hatton's Towing came to assist me. AAA, hospital security, nor the police could help. Driving from TN to FL and the rental car from Hertz died. Hertz as usual were without any customer service but Hattons was a bright spot. The car was towed 2 hours to Charlotte Airport and I road along with Joey. He was top notch professional thru entire process. Got to know him once we had to ride 2 hours together! What a great guy. Side note-we get to the Hertz repair facility where car was to be delivered and no one there. Joey could have said, well I'm done later ! But he stayed there until an uber could get there to take me to hotel. Great company. read more

Great customer service! Hatton's towing was a life saver for us. Our car slid off of a gravel road and ended up on an embankment. Hatton's came out at 10pm to help. The guy spent two hours trying, and the other Hatton team members were helping over the phone. Ultimately we needed a different kind of tow truck (snatch truck) which they sent out first thing in the morning at no extra charge. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I called and requested some help when a friend came to see my family and got himself in a small pickle. He was backing up to leave when he got his car stuck near a powerline. I called Hatton's and was quoted a decent price and said he would be there in a couple of hours but he showed up about 30 minutes after that ready for business. It took about 45 minutes to an hour but he got the car away from the power lines and we still have power. Great quality and value. read more

Returning home to Lincolnton NC from camping in Cherokee via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Blew the High Pressure Oil line on the long hills pulling a 36' camper. Adam, his wife and additional driver showed up in a remote place to pullout truck and camper back to Lincolnton NC. They drove a long way quickly, and made for a pleasant experience. Saved our butts after no one would tow us! My BF and I broke down at a scenic overlook on the Blueridge Pkwy. This happened at 6pm and after 5 hours of phone calls and refusals to tow us, we spoke to Adam, the owner of Hatton's. He was very prompt and professional.
