Very weird visit and not going back. After we ordered 2 drunk girls started dirty dancing in the bar and the bartender came out and was dirty dancing with them. The one was so drunk she kept falling and bumping into our table, we had to get up and move. The bartender kept serving her and dirty dancing with her anyway. The other waitress was trying to bartend and serve food, I felt bad for her. The fried mushrooms were good. The chicken wings were all different sizes so some were crispy and good while others with were mushy and gross. read more

First time here , stopped to catch the Blues game and the bar definitely has a sports feel and lots of memorabilia. They have a full bar and a kitchen that offers plenty of food options. We had the chicken tenders and they were nice large tenders with a light flavorful breading and fried to perfection. Drinks were pored well and reasonably priced and the service was great. My only complaint was out of the 18 TV's they have lining the walls only 4 had the Blues game on. read more

I feel like I can now leave a review since I have been here 3 times in one month! The happy hour is pretty incredible. Half off apps are our date night go to. I highly recommend the wings (ask for extra crispy) with gold sauce. I know it says mustard, but my husband hates mustard and loves this flavor. Pots o' Gold, loaded chips, and Philly fryers. We normally have a drink or two and split 4 apps for date night. The staff has been so friendly every time and we unexpectedly met the owners one night. They are incredibly invested in the area and small businesses as well as local charities and supporting a good cause. We will continue visiting this establishment!! read more

I've been here when they had live music, and one time Kona Big Wave was giving out free hats--it was a really cool vibe. The place always has good energy, solid food, cheap drinks, and great service. Having Golden Tee is a big bonus for me. I would not, however, suggest their fried mushrooms specifically. I will be returning. read more

Passing through O'Fallon Missouri.. we wanted an Irish pub for a dinner fix and searched out ones not too far off the highway. Tons of them available in St. Louis proper, but that's a commitment of time and effort that we couldn't afford after all day driving. Hattrick's was convenient, but that's where the charm ended. Yeah, the outside gives the impression of an Irish Pub, but walking inside is overwhelmingly midwestern dive bar. It seems like there was some illicit activity going on behind the pub that we couldn't identify, and the droning country music just doesn't really evoke anything Irish. I think offering Guiness would be enough qualification to be an Irish Pub?? At any rate, we ordered a couple of sandwiches, beers, and ate our food as quickly as we could to get back on the highway. Lesson learned and if you're looking for a Slaínte style pub near St. Louis... maybe go a little further off the highway and do some better research than us. read more

Our table Ordered 1/2 price appetizers 20 minutes before Happy Hour closed. When the bill came, only 1/2 of the ticket items were billed 1/2 price. The rest of appetizers were billed full price. When we asked the waitress she called for the manager and we were told that probably only the first 2 items got put in register before the 6:00 hour. Within 20 minutes?? On the same ticket??What?? Came here w my sister and hubby (we the 3 amigos apparently) to take shots and eat before we went to laser tag. We sat at the bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, checking on us and whatnot. I wasn't aware that people reading these reviews could send private comments, so I just noticed a comment that someone had sent me after I posted the initial review, and I quote: "It's a sports bar, not a winery." I would like to address that point of view, if I may. I am well aware that it's a sports bar, which is quite obvious from my previous review. I wasn't expecting a winery. I simply expected a full service bar to have the basics in stock. Silly me. I didn't order some weird obscure wine. I asked for chardonnay, which every single bar I've ever been to carries. In addition to that, I was complaining about the fact that the bartenders didn't even have a clue what they serve. I was told that they didn't have chardonnay, so I asked for whatever white wine they did have, and they served me chardonnay! Here's a hint: It's written on the label. Again, I wasn't expecting a winery-level selection, only one of the most basic and popular types of wine in the country, and a tiny bit of competence from the bartenders. When I asked if they had something, it would have been nice if someone working there knew the answer. Nice try, total stranger who felt the need to comment, but bars generally do serve wine. It's a very logical expectation. Since the person who made the comment has never written a review on Yelp, I can't help wondering if the snide response came from one of their bartenders, or from the owner. In any event, I'm not going to apologize for expecting a bar to serve basic drinks. And I see now that I'm not even the only one who feels that way, based on other reviews. read more

I paid for a basket over the summer at a suicide awareness fundraiser. In the basket there was a gift certificate for this place. I came to the bar to spend it today and they would not accept it. Says it expired 1/1/2018. That means that I would have bought this already expired. I explained this to them and was told they wouldn't accept it. I paid way over $25 for this basket and good thing it went to a good cause. Basically I paid way too much for an expired gift certificate. Either way, it's shitty they wouldn't honor it. Won't be back. Side note, they did give me two drinks free. Guess it's better than nothing. read more

Surprisingly, two words come to mind when someone mentions Hattrick's to me; Mac & Cheese! Get in my belly! On a more serious note, I make it a point to stop in every few months. The staff has always been incredibly warm and friendly. I've tried several items on the menu, but my two favorites are the Refrigerator Perry and the Dublin Dipper. It's hard to find a place with the trifecta of mouthwatering food, a great happy hour, and top notch staff. I always recommend this to friends and even strangers. The real icing on the cake, they have delicious bottomless mimosas on Saturday. read more

We wish we could give it 4.5 stars. Hubs and I were looking for a place to catch the Broncos game. He'd have gone to Hot Shots and I was like, NO. Terrible food there. So, got on Yelp and found Hattrick's pretty quickly. A quick drive down the highway from where we are in Wentzville, and we were set. Ordered the house made chips for the first half. Lightest and most crisp house chips I've ever had. Second half, we ordered lunch. Hubs had the Reuben and I had the pulled pork. He's EXTREMELY picky about his reubens and said his was solid. He'd come back and get it again - high praise. My pulled pork was excellent. Fries were very good. I thought the fries could have been a TAD crisper and the bartender forgot I wanted a beer with my meal (it was pretty busy and, I didn't need it so I didn't take the opportunity to remind him when I could have). Otherwise it would have been 5's. Service in general was very friendly and they checked in regularly - real neighborhood bar feel. We'll be back! I'm sorry, but if you're gonna call yourself an "Irish Sports Pub" you should have a quality fish and chips! Your fish should not be battered/breaded in something that resembles corn dog breading. Also, make a better tarter sauce. read more

Our server Shelly gave terrible service. We sat for 20+ minutes and she did not pay any attention to us. I had better luck going to the bar every time I needed a drink, and when I did that she told me she couldn't make me a drink because I had a tab open already. She had a terrible attitude and gave rude facial expressions. Several times she was forgetful of who the drinks/shots were going to as well as confused on whose tab to put them on. All with a bad attitude. She made us all feel stupid several times when she was in the wrong. She made the experience terrible when it should be a good atmosphere with good friends. 0/10 for her. read more

Still awesome raised another star and come here weekly now. Been here twice. Food is awesome and they have a great happy hour. 3:33-6:33 for the late workers. What a great suprise. My wife and I stopped in on a whim...the next visit will be planned! Excellent bar food...among the best fries I've ever had. #2 Burger with Bleu cheese, banana pepper, onion rings and bacon was fabulous. The Reuben may have been even better. This was my first time to Hattricks on a date. The service was very good and she answered all our questions. My date had been there several times and enjoyed the fish and chips.
