I had some very challenging and heavy pieces of furniture to be moved from my current 3rd floor walk up to my new 2nd floor walk up and these gentlemen did not disappoint. When I thought my 6'6" entertainment center wasn't going to make it through the hallway door of my condo, the gentlemen got the job done. I called them in advance and told them about a burn mark and damaged fringe. They asked me to send pics, which I did, then they told me to bring it in for evaluation. I took it there and they quoted $135 with a special. When I picked it up, it was $195 and they could not fix the burn but they neglected to tell me that beforehand. Next time I'll call Stanley Steamer - better use of my money!
