This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

Instead, he asked me to send pictures of my belongings and complete a questionnaire. After that, he requested a security deposit and said he would provide additional details later. Since I live in Virginia and he is based in Maryland, I was already concerned about the arrangement. The day before my scheduled move, I texted him to confirm the moving time and received no response. Later that evening, I sent another message stating that I was beginning to believe I had been scammed and asked him to let me know whether he was still planning to complete the move so I could make other arrangements if necessary. I had to be moved on that specific day. At approximately 6:00 a.m. on moving day, he finally called regarding the move. To my surprise, he sent a group of individuals he had apparently recruited through TikTok. The rate they charged was outrageous, but because I was left with few options at the last minute, I felt pressured to proceed with the move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I believe I was misled throughout the process, and I intend to pursue the matter in court to seek reimbursement and accountability.
