Away from home not knowing where to turn for help! We were visiting Decatur on a fishing trip when our boat trailer hub comes off stranding us on the side of the road in a bad side of town. I looked online and randomly picked the closest wrecker service to me. Fortunately, it happened to be "Haul it All Towing". Three men including the owner came to our rescue. They spent an hour or so devising a way to put the boat on their truck. They offered to haul it back to their shop and store it until we were able to secure parts. Turns out we had to replace the whole axle. The owner, Gavin, recommend I try Lawrimore's Trailer in Falkville, AL. They had a perfect match that I was able to secure. Gavin insisted they put the axle on for me. I honestly didn't think we would ever get our boat home, but we did and we have "Haul it All Towing" to thank. These guys are hero's! This company rescued me in a very bad neighborhood after United Towing on Elliot in Huntsville, left me stranded there. Haul it all saved me. They saved the elderly man also. United sucks, don't bother with them. Call Haul it All instead. Haul it All picked me up late at night after hours, when United Towing allegedly left an elderly man there waiting for a tow truck late at night in that terrible neighborhood. Being an honorably discharged veteran waiting there myself for a tow truck that never came, it quickly became apparent that United Towing is not a 24/7 business the way AAA claimed they were. If I could give -5 stars I would. These are some of the rudest people I've even come in contact with when owning a business. I called 30 minutes prior to getting my belongings. The gate was open so I just drove to the back. I walked to the front to ask them for the key because no one met me out there(I saw the cameras so I assumed they saw me) when I walked in he asked me if I had been back there and replied " well it's common da*n sense to let someone know you're here". It's common sense to see me if you're watching the cameras if you told me that's what you was sitting there doing. He then proceeded to tell me to "get the fu*k out of his building and to get my sh*t and get out" there's a way to conduct business and talk to customers and these guys just don't have it. After driving to Chattanooga with no issues, the transmission in my truck unexpectedly blew up 30 minutes outside of the city on the way home, leaving me stranded!
