I took it back to discount tire and they tries to fix my broken lug nuts but couldn't. They put in a claim to have my trucked fix. The claims people never called. I had to take my broken truck to Toyota to fix. Toyota told me discount tire put the lug nuts on and broke all six of them including all six lugs. They had a hard time getting them off. Toyota fixed my broken wheel at a cost of 525.00. And discount tire just says they nothing to do with it. DISCOUNT TIRE will brake your vehicle and not fix it. I also heard another customer had there wheels work on and when they drove off the parking lot the whole wheel came off. Discount was supposed to just check my air in my tire and ended up breaking my truck. And now tells me its out of their hands. Save yourself a lot of money and dont go there for anything. We called to see if they were still open and they were. She went by there and bought a used tire. On the way home, the tire she bought went flat. It lasted for about 10 miles. Now, it is dark and a teenage girl is sitting on the side of a country road trying to get in touch with her father. 2nd experience was when my husband was leaving work and his brakes went out. He went to an auto parts store and was told what the problem might possibly be. Since he had to work, he took it to USA used tires. Told them problem and they said they could fix it. Part would cost $45.50 plus labor ($125.00 total). After replacing part he told them about, they called, said other things were wrong and bill jumped to $360. He paid bill, got in truck, brake pedal went to floor. Not fixed. Called them next morning about it not being fixed and took it back. This time they replaced even more parts without calling and bill is another $113. The part they replaced the first day was bad and when they put another in, brakes worked fine. They replaced parts not needed. That $45 part cost us $473 at the end. We regret using this place. Next time, my husband will take the time and replace it himself.

Days after having the Universal Joints replaced on my vehicle by this shop, the U-joints came loose causing the drive shaft to come off my vehicle while I was traveling on Interstate 65. The flailing drive shaft caused severe damages to the exhaust, transfer case, and transmission of my vehicle costing me thousands of dollars for repairs and considerable inconvenience to my family and myself. This repair shop's negligence was a danger to the occupants of the vehicle, could have caused damages to other vehicles traveling on the interstate, or even worse, an Accident with injuries. Multiple mechanics that inspected the damages to my vehicle indicated that the cause of the failure was due to improper installation of the recently installed U-joints. The repair shop management refused to stand behind the work they performed and offered no resolution. Don't make the same mistake I did, take your repair business to a shop that performs quality work, and stands behind the quality of the work they perform. I'm glad that there were no injuries and to still be able to share this potential tragedy with you! Stay away from this place and Stay Safe!!
