Also, by looking at the inside the truck - how they packed things for easy retrieval, were a good sign. They are very careful not to break things but at the same time, move things quickly to get the job down within the initial quote. Their truck broke down between our storage unit and our new house and nobody called us or answered our calls for 2 hours until they finally admitted that the driver didn't know how to drive the truck and sped up with the parking brake on, and blew out two tires! They showed up several hours later on rims!! The truck was parked in front of our new house for a couple days until they could get it fixed. Also they didn't show up with as big of trucks as they said they had = more trips back and forth, which takes longer = more money for them. That's not right. Somehow I had the good fortune to find muscle hustler's. They were busy so they could only send two guys, Rob and Gabe. Well those guys charged me for two guys but did the work of three. They were totally sensitive to my devastating situation and handled everything with great professional care. They are the real thing. The best. That's all I have to say.
