Efficient at what he does. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and his company. The long of it: We sadly had to fell a 100 year old pine tree in our backyard that has become unhealthy and posed several risk factors such as beetles, fire danger, and close proximity to our home. (Please note, we had an entomologist from the State DNR come out to our home who provided us with a free evaluation before we took measures to take down the tree.) How did Brian with Golden Dumpsters fit into all of this? Well, he got rid of the tree after we felled it and he did this in a perfectly timed manner. All we had to do was cut the trunk into rounds and he took it from there. He is equipped with a chainsaw and limbs the branches. AND! He even rakes up the small parts (I was floored). In addition, originally we had hired Brian to take away the large tree rounds and was going to have another company come out and chip the crown and limbs of the tree. But Brian assessed the tree and provided us with a quote that was a better price and option than doing the chipping. And he did this for us all on the same day. This was such a huge relief to us because our main goal and concern was to not attract beetles to the felled tree (cause that produces more beetles and more risk of our healthy trees dying). Note, we lost 4 trees total to beetles this year and this is after we have been very diligent in thinning out our 7 acre property. How many truck loads did Brian haul for us? Total of 2. We took this opportunity to haul away a bunch of junk that's been hanging around our home (broken stairs, rotted garden beds, hoses, sprinkler systems, old bookcases). I will take full credit for hauling all said items into one pile. And as in the words of my husband, "Lot of money spent on hauling today, but it was well worth it." Work completed on June 21, 2022.

I cleaned it up and had a large pile of limbs to get hauled away. While searching, I thought I would look for a tree trimmer to start talking about trimming the oak. I had four companies referred by Yelp coming at me. Paul from Red Ram Hauling was first to make contact and gave me a quote that Sunday. I did some more price checking and found his was good. They did major surgery on our tree that week. We now don't have to worry about limbs falling on our house or out in the street. Paul and his rather motley crew did a good job among some weather issues. We are very satisfied with their honesty and their work. He even hauled away some old wood we had piled up as part of the deal.

He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. Dusty and his boys were prompt, organized, and responsible individuals and I will definitely use their services again!
