Absolutely horrendous treatment by the team supervisor. One of his movers was allowed to use the…read morerestroom which resulted in his urine flooding all over my bathroom floor. When the supervisor heard that I was on the phone with his boss he came out hot headed and threatened to throw my property out in the street. When I pointed out he'd just be paying for it because it's insured in the contract I signed with them. He then stormed off and had to have his boss call him to tell him to get back inside to do his job. This kind of blatant disrespect towards a client is unacceptable by any means. Not only did I never raise my voice or swear at him, he actually interrupted a conversation I was already having with my assisted living caseworker to throw this tantrum. I explained that it's common courtesy to clean up any mess you make and that if I had caused the mess I'd go to a dollar store for a mop and clean my urine off his floor. Apparently that's worth quitting and voiding a contract over, and threatening the private property of a client. Great job Ken, keep making your company look good. Honestly, if this is how they move a disabled person assisted by SLP out of HUD housing it's astounding to me they have a positive rating. I imagine it's the labor put in. They took several larger pieces in one go which sped things up. -Disregard owner reply. Literally nobody offered to clean the mess. I was told that they don't carry shammies or towels or mops and Ken explicitly said they would not return to clean the mess, after the super on the phone said the same exact thing. Do not believe the owner replies for a moment, I am the one who had to go get a mop and return to the previous property to clean it. The only reason I did it, is because if I didn't my caseworker would have had to. It's one thing to make a mess and then threaten the client and throw an actual storm-off tantrum, it's another to go into yelp and try to lie about what happened. Even worse every party involved mutually agreed that if you got urine all over someone's floor, accident or not, it's literally just common courtesy to clean it up. They simply refused to do so and asked stupid questions like "what would you do?" Only to have no proper response to "I'd clean it".

I was originally given an estimate of about $250, but as we continued talking, the price kept increasing and eventually reached around $400. While that amount is still within the range of what I've seen elsewhere, the way it changed felt a bit unexpected. I understand my grandfather lives a bit outside Spokane, but I felt that transportation should have been included in the overall quote--especially since I explained from the beginning where the pickup and drop-off locations were. Being told there would be an additional $100 gas or transportation fee seemed excessive, especially for a relatively small move. No hard feelings toward this company; I just want others to be aware of all fees and ask for a clear, final estimate before making a decision. Transparency is important, and it helps everyone feel more comfortable with the service.

Needless to say the SD moving company literally destroyed over 48 items and it was a blatant show of disrespect of my belongings. Rob was appalled the way my broken furniture was coming off their truck. He was the one that actually caught most of my broken furniture. He treated my things with the utmost respect. He did a wonderful job staging my things to fit into my storage units. Now three months later, I found a place and called Rob to move me into my new condo. He has always been very respectful towards me. He showed up when he said he would and handled everything like a pro. After these two moves I have gotten to know him better and have enjoyed his company. He's a family man adores his girlfriend and children. I recommend him highly. Came back a few days later and started service - the office staff was so helpful. We had three pods delivered and the office assisted us telling us where to put the pods for unloading and helped arrange for pick up of the pods as well. We are very happy with the quality and prices as well as the customer service we have received.
