It was my first real intro to this world, and honestly, it launched me into the practices that are now just... my life. So yes, Vision Quest and I go way back. Then, like any long-term relationship, the shine wore off. I started hearing whispers in school about them not clearing the space, and once I noticed it myself, the vibe felt a little off. Combine that with discovering other shops that had better prices and fresh energy? Yeah, I strayed. Cut to tonight: my go-to WooWoo dealer (aka my favorite candle spot) was CLOSED. Dire situation. My altar was looking at me like, "You really gonna let me go dark?" So, I dragged myself over to Vision Quest. And you know what? The whole vibe felt different... lighter, fresher, like someone saged the place within an inch of its life. I actually caught myself thinking, "Wait, why did I stop coming here again?" Candles acquired. Yes, they were a whopping 50¢ instead of my usual 30¢ (so, call me thrifty), and the wax felt like it came from a slightly less fancy bee or paraffin farm. But in an emergency? Totally did the job. And so, Vision Quest is like that ex you bump into years later and think, "Huh... maybe they got their act together." I may not be back every week, but I'm definitely glad it's still around when the WooWoo emergencies hit.

I found most of those claims to be fluff or inflamed egos, and did not want their energy field touching me/overlapping with mine as I am INCREDIBLY sensitive. I was led to Tserendipitously, and did not know anything about her before our appointment. I felt Spirit giving me the green light despite all of my typical logical resistance trying to pop up (no idea what she's like, didnt read any reviews, etc.). The moment we met, I knew I was safe. So overcome, I insisted my friend see her the same day (which she generously accommodated), and his experience was HUGE. We both needed a couple days to integrate such a big moment in our lives. She is a testament to what it looks like when you truly dive in to your authenticity: her own authenticity was enough to begin to heal me and allow mine to peak through. If being ourselves can do this for another, it made me realize it's a dereliction of our human duty to be less than what Spirit intended us to be. Thank you again and again, Taleen. Steven came to the house in August 2019 for a Fengshui reading. He has knowledge on what he is doing, spent some time to make the Fengshui graph of my house, explained what changes are needed for the energy flow, etc. The recommendations Steven gave me some items are easy to do and some were hard, costly, and impractical. He truly cares about the clients and will continue to keep in touch. Changes I did: 1) Moved the appliances with plugs to the good areas in my kitchen and built a buffet shelve extend my kitchen counters,, 2) Put a tall shelve in the foyer to redirect the flow but he wanted the shelve to be in your face and blocking the entrance. It is a very strange placement, but could not do it so I place it on a wall, 3) Remolded my den into my personal office, 4) Guest room #1 has been changed into a dog and storage room, 5) Flipped the living room and built a peace alter, and 6) Hung up a Chinese mirror Feng Shui to reflect the back juju in the front door.
