He kept making interesting comments and saying things like "Well, I've never done that before," while he was cutting my hair which made me feel like he didn't know what he was doing. I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the cut. Unfortunately, I had to book an appointment elsewhere to get it corrected, further increasing the cost of the cut. A few days later, the stylist did reach out to check in, which I appreciated, but after I shared my honest (and polite) feedback, I never received a response. Overall, just a really frustrating experience, despite the friendly atmosphere.
