My experience with Haute Body Sculpt was amazing! I was initially extremely nervous, but let me preface with my backstory. As a mom who has been through 3 emergency c-sections, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and ovarian cancer that led to a hysterectomy...to say I have body image issues is a complete understatement. I don't like letting anyone see my body and spent a great number of years feeling depressed. I was angry that cancer stole everything that literally made me a woman. To add to that, my personal life was in shambles. Almost two years ago, I was facing some other health challenges and my doctors gave me a wake up call. Something inside of me clicked, a spark ignited, and I began my journey to reclaim my health & take back my life. Through support groups, a new diet, and a dedicated exercise regimen, I could feel myself getting healthier...emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
