Love Love Love Vitality! I've been coming here for almost a year. I originally came for my Botox with Kristen. I get my 11s and forehead only. I do get chin filler for facial balancing, that was recommended and I don't need to do again until September. Then, I started to get my hydra facials with Esti Katie, who is very sweet and absolutely knows her skin stuff. She is THE best. It's obvious how much she cares about her work and clients. I almost always get "The Works" every month - and my skin looks fantastic . I have the membership and absolutely love that they began offering it. I come every 4 months for my tox and last month had a forma facial and loved it. I got it just before a trip to Cancun and I definitely saw the results. Definitely will be doing that again. Like I said, monthly trips here for my hydra facial and I also have had a customized peel that Katie recommended every few weeks or so. I had my top lip dissolved by Kristen because it was migrating due to an injector who I had never used before. I have had lip filler in the past but no longer as I already have full lips so I ditched the filler. She was very gentle and I am very happy I made that decision. I also use their retinol and it's my HG along with the Hydroquinone pads that Katie makes after my appt. I'm also absolutely obsessed with their lip product - Lip Boss. It's SPF AND it's a lip plumper.!! It's better than any product on the market IMO. The front staff is also very knowledgeable and sweet as well. Parking is never an issue either. I'm a researcher and I followed them on IG for over a year before I decided to make my first appt and I'm so glad I chose Vitality Aesthetics ,especially Kristen as my injector. (It's important to choose your injector carefully).It's super cute inside as well, with coffee and drinks. Self care is such a necessity and I am so grateful I found them. I went in for a consultation visit during their event on Thursday and spoke to Kristen about my lips concerns and expressed my interest for filler. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Everyone there was super welcoming and the place is cute. Parking is easy to find. I ended up booking an appointment two days later (today) with Katie and she really talked to me before the procedure to ensure we would achieve the lip goals I was wanting. I have always had an insecurity with my small teeth and super gummy smile. 10/5! I have been wanting to get lip filler for a few years but was always nervous about finding someone who would understand what I wanted. Fuller lips, natural but not natural. To ease myself into the process I got a lip flip (elsewhere) by an injector who was recommended to me by a few friends. The online booking is convenient and easy to navigate. I had a last minute Monday off so decided to check the Saturday before and was able to find an appointment with Katie. Vitality is conveniently located in the Cortez hill area of downtown. Parking is easy. From the moment I walked in to the receptionist warmly greeting me to sitting down in Katie's chair I knew this was my place. Katie is an angel-she was extremely through with explaining the process and I could tell she GENUINELY wanted to understand what I wanted to give me the best results. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I got my lips done with Kristen. She was super sweet and informative. The experience was quick and painless. Kristen placed filler in my top lip only to give my lips a more balance look since my bottom lip was big already. I am so happy with the end result. Kristen def did a great job! I came back a week later to get microneedling+PRP with Nicole. Nicole was super amazing! I appreciated that she answered all of my questions since I was very nervous. I had bad, pitted acne scars and hyperpigmentation and they have gotten so much better with just one treatment. (I will post an update after completing the recommended 3 treatments.) Went here 2 times. The 1st time, the process was smooth - the staff is friendly and informative, maybe a bit too fake. The RN, Katie, helped me with the procedure, and she scheduled me for the follow-up 2 weeks later, when she adjusted the imperfections. The 2nd time, 3 months later, I felt rushed in my appointment, and Katie refused to schedule me for a follow-up, despite the fact that I insisted I needed one, prior to my long-term vacation. I am so happy I found this place. Kristen is like Michelangelo with a needle. In total I got my lips dissolved, new lip filler, dysport, and cheek filler. After years and years of lip filler a lot of the filler had migrated above my lip boarder and it was just time to dissolve and start from scratch and I'm so happy I chose Vitality Aesthetics for my treatments. The dissolving was the worst part. It's painful there's no getting out of it, but the results are so worth it and my newly filled lips are beautiful. I was debating on Botox and dysport. The dysport was definitely the right move. I liked like how it kicked in fully after 2 days. What I love about Kristen is that she doesn't try to upsell you on unnecessary treatments and gives you recommendations based on your individual needs rather then what's most expensive. I came in today as a follow up appointment for my dysport injections and was inquiring about temple filler and she suggested I do a little bit of cheek filler instead to balance out my face and I am so beyond thrilled with the results, and I am grateful they she was able to fit in last minute because my original appointment was not for this service. I've had the pleasure to be seen by Nicole and Kristen. Both of them were absolutely wonderful! I was initially seen by Kristen. I honestly felt like I was chatting it up with a friend that I haven't seen in a while. For my second time at Vitality Aesthetics, I received kybella. I'm afraid of needles, but I need to reiterate, Nicole did her very best to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I've seen Nicole again after receiving Kybella to touch up some spots on my lips. I'm really glad that I found these ladies! I was driving from San Diego to Huntington Beach to get my Botox and fillers (chin). Nicole and Kristen are amazing nurses! They are perfectionist and will let you know when something is too much or isn't needed. I love that they're honest with their work and really strive to have each of their clients leave happy. They set very realistic expectations, which is a little hard to come by. The serum doesn't burn or irritate your skin, and can be used DAILY. I still added the retinol serum very slowly to my skin care routine since I didn't know how my skin was going to react. THEN THERE'S THE SUPER SERUM....The product definitely lives up to it's name. I have struggled with discoloration from adult acne, and this serum not only lightened the discoloration, but has LITERALLY given my skin that healthy wet (not oily)/glow-y look. I want to start off by saying I was scheduled so so quickly for my lip filler appointment. I had been looking around for a aesthetician in San Diego for a while now, and decided on Vitality Aesthetic, and I am so happy I did. Nicole did an amazing job, and she was so sweet the entire time, and did wonderfully at explaining the process and she listened to my needs and concerns as well. The actual procedure took around twenty minutes, maybe less. She put numbing cream on me, which really helped with the pain. We used the filler versa, and it was $600 a vile. We used this filler because I wanted volume and some minor adjustments to my lip shape because I had asymmetries and little volume, there was also a cheaper half-vile filler offered, however that is more recommended if you want a fresh and hydrated look for your lips. There was some pinching and stinging that I felt due to the needle, but none of it was unbearable. I would rate it a 3/10 on the pain level. Do be cautious not to swallow the numbing cream they apply though, it taste bad and it will make your mouth go numb. My lips bled a little and were swollen as well. After my appointment, my lips were a little stiff and now on the second day they have became bruised as well. I have some minor bumps I can feel, but Nicole said they will go away when the filler adapts to the tissue in my lips. The second day is definitely worse in terms of swelling, but so far I am still in love with my lips and the shape, and I am very excited to see how they will look in the next few days. However, I am 5 1/2 months pregnant, which means that has to be put on hold. But just because botox is postponed, that doesn't mean self care is!! She had a holistic approach, asking me about current skin care routine and what my overall aesthetic/health goals were which makes all the difference.
