I was very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Groupon and was told that to use a second Groupon, I needed to leave a review. Since I believe reviews should be honest and helpful to other customers, I left a 3-star review based on my first visit, which I felt was average overall. Apparently, that review was not good enough for them. I was told my review did not meet their expectations, and they refused to honor my Groupon. That left me wondering how many of their positive reviews are truly voluntary and how many are influenced by management expectations. One of the reasons I originally gave 3 stars was that I did not find the owner particularly pleasant or welcoming. Everyone has different experiences, but based on how I was treated after leaving an honest review, I would not recommend this business. read more

I honestly can't say enough good things! I recently had Morpheus8 with PRP, and the entire experience was seamless. I have some underlying health concerns, so the RN Caroline and assistant who did my consultation was incredibly thorough. She took the time to go over everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with the appointment. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which is very nice. Caroline was amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she was also very personable with an impressive ER background. She kept me laughing and relaxed throughout the appointment, which made the process easier to tolerate despite the (semi)invasive Morpheus8. The entire staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive from the front desk to the peocedure to the checkout. I think it might be new, but it's so awesome. The location was super easy to find, the parking was convenient, and the area felt safe and walkable. If you're considering Morpheus8 with PRP (or other service they offer), I highly recommend coming here. The level of care, professionalism, and personal attention I received was outstanding. I'm so happy I chose them and I checked in for my second appointment about a half hour ago, this will be my new go-to for cosmetic treatments. read more

The service was great. I'm just upset because I got a Groupon and I paid for an extra B12 shot. Which I paid for and that's the price I was told when I ran my card then I look at my my bank statement and there's an extra 30 something dollars put on and they said that's part of something to do with the doctors, I was not told about this at all. I guess it's in the paperwork which there's a lot of paperwork I didn't see it. But nobody informed me of this and when I paid with my credit card, they told me the price of the shot and they did not say the extra $30 so I feel like I was ripped off. read more

I booked a Sculptra appointment through Groupon, and honestly, the pricing alone made it worth checking out. After purchasing, I called them to get everything scheduled. They also text over forms ahead of time, which makes check-in smooth so you can go straight into your appointment without waiting around. Just a heads up, they do have an $80 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours, which is pretty standard. I worked with Daniel (pretty sure that was his name), and he was great. Super thorough, answered all my questions, and gave helpful feedback. The procedure itself was painless. They applied numbing cream beforehand and walked me through each step, which made the whole experience really comfortable. One thing to note, there is a $35 consultation fee that I didn't realize until checkout. That said, not a big deal. Well worth it! Overall, the staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. I'd definitely come back!! read more

Very disappointing experience. I came here hoping for professional guidance and support, but instead left feeling frustrated and let down. The staff seemed more focused on selling additional services than actually helping. I also felt they were a bit sneaky when it came to honoring and using my Groupon, and the experience did not match what I expected based on the promotion. The communication was poor, and I left feeling like I had wasted my time and money. Save your money and do your research before signing up. In the comments they replied saying to wait for swelling to go down which i get but the more swelling is going down the worse they look. the nurse who treated me said she's putting more in that side because my other side got swollen/inflamed? I don't know how that makes any sense as if swelling wasn't gonna go down eventually and they're gonna look uneven!! and they're telling me to come back but how am i supposed to trust them again? i told her i want my top to be evenly distributed with more in the middle and to focus on the middle in my bottom, I got none of that. read more

Worst botox experience in 20 years. I explicitly told the aesthetician that what has worked for me in the past is to hit the brow region and a V shape around the glabella area. She insisted on doing my hairline. I tried to push back because I knew I wasn't moving any muscles in my hairline, but she said if it didn't work, I could come back for free and she'd touch it up. So, 3 weeks later, it didn't work. I came back. (Btw, I love taking time out of my day and driving 10 miles so I can make up for someone else's error.) She gave me 6 measly units, which still didn't work, because she wasted however many units previously on my hair line. I don't like spending hundreds of dollars on something that fails to work. Even a YouTube tutorial will show that the V area and upper brow are where you treat the glabella. In 20 years, I had only gotten 20-26 units, once a year, because I work on a computer all day and furrow my brows. At this place, I got 36. She tried to say I'd need 60 units and that it simply won't go away at my age. All bullshit. It goes away, when placed in the correct areas. Now, I have to spend hundreds more somewhere else.
