After two sessions I requested a touch up as my brows were visibly uneven. The staff declined to correct the brows indicating that my face was "not symmetrical" (which is true for virtually everyone - they are not putting straight lines on a perfect square). I was told that "additional work" would be a minimum of $100 more. Their standards for quality and accountability to make right any problems with services performed did not meet my expectations.
