After several visits, Britt asked me if I've ever gotten my eyebrows laminated before and suggested I should book with Rachael the next time I come. Let me tell you that getting your brows laminated is a GAME CHANGER. Everyone compliments my brows & I can go 6 weeks in between appointments while still looking amazing. My natural brows are kinda sparse, but the lamination makes them look full and fluffy. If you want something that is low maintenance and will look good for weeks after the appointment, do the lamination. I do lamination, tint, and wax fyi. If you have a complaint of service that is one thing but to attack persons based on nationality or any other God given thing you are now just being hateful. She has a heavy accent and is blunt, but I did not find her rude. Nor did I feel she treated me any different once she found out I would be using a Groupon. The facial was more of a medical facial than spa facial. What I mean is that she spends time assessing what work your face specifically needs and focuses on that. For example, I had a couple dry patches that she fixed right up. I typically go for the more relaxing massage like facials at spas, but I felt like this was more effective in moisturizer and caring for my skin.

Finally, the bad reviews on here sound like people don't understand how a single-owner salon or spa works. They are busy. They are human. They are running a small business.
