I've been coming to Pania's Lash Bar for several months now, and I've gone to so many lash places…read morebefore this... but once I found Pania's, I literally stopped looking anywhere else. When I first walked in, I was honestly shocked (in the best way). Most places I've been to are small, single-person studios, but this is a full-on salon and it's so beautiful. There's pink everywhere, Bath & Body Works products throughout (even in the restroom for you to use), a lash washing station, and they'll even offer you a blanket if you're cold. They always have good music playing (not awkwardly quiet, which I love), and the whole place is super clean and smells amazing. Customer service is always excellent. Every lash artist is so sweet, and if you show them an inspo pic, they'll literally recreate it exactly. My lashes always come out beautiful, and I never deal with irritation like I have at other places (no itchy or puffy eyes at all). Booking is also so easy since it's all online--you can book, reschedule, or cancel super quickly, and they have options for 1-3 week fills which I love. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast and on-time they are. I cannot stand laying there for 2+ hours with my eyes closed, and here I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour fifteen for a full set (maybe a little longer if I go extra), and fills are usually under an hour. They are so on it--if your appointment is at a certain time, you're getting started at that time and finishing on time too. It makes it so easy to plan my day. I wanted to share this set Anna did because I'm literally obsessed with it. She always listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time (and she smells good too lol). I also want to shout out Claudia because she's amazing as well. Honestly, from what I've seen, everyone there is talented--you really can't go wrong. Also, my first time coming in, they gave me a lash wash and brush as a complimentary gift, which was such a sweet touch. Overall, I 100% recommend Pania's if you're looking for a new lash place. Little did we know that she would be humiliated in front of other guests. When we walked in, there was 3 ladies sitting casually by the front door, they then signaled the "receptionist" to come up front to help us out. She didn't greet us, she just stared at my sister's face like there was something wrong with us being there. It was really awkward to say the least. We got seated down next to each other and I had gone to use the restroom. When I came back, a nail tech was helping my sister and I had Maricela (the sweetest) help me. I have nothing but good things to say about Maricela as she did my nails. She was friendly and customer service was great; from her. While my sister and I were talking, I saw my sister flinched a couple times and I had asked if she was okay. She replied and told me that she was cut twice by the tech which by the way didn't even ask her if the water was hot, or if she could cut her nails, nothing at all. It was odd but we let it play out. Then the nail tech got to her other foot and was hesitant to even touch it; almost like she was disgusted by my sister's toe (treated fungus). The tech then called the receptionist, told my sister that they were going to explain, and she went to grab another lady (who I assumed was the owner) and just like that they told my sister they have to decline her for a pedicure. I let Maricela finish doing my feet. When she was done, I wanted to double check if my bill was taken care of already by my sister but I had to wait to ask because she was on her personal phone. Overall, I'm very much disappointed in our experience here. It's safe to say we will not be back and I highly don't recommend this place unless you ask for Maricela or Josy.

For something I went in to do last minute, fine, but I'll never be back again that's for sure. I'll be waiting to go to my regular eyebrow lady "Susan" at the Simi town center. The only reason I didn't go this time is because of being back to back with school and work I had no time and this place was in the same place as my work. Bad mistake. **yikes, look at the stubby end of one eyebrow and then the dramatic difference to the other. Honestly worst eyebrow shape anyone has given me. Lol thank god for makeup.
