For the price they charge, that's unacceptable and shows how poorly the lashes were applied. The work was rushed, uncomfortable, and looked nothing like what was promised. The owner was rude and dismissive when I brought up my concerns, and the staff came off unprofessional and pushy. They seem way more focused on getting positive reviews than actually doing quality work -- which makes a lot of these "good" reviews feel very suspicious. Save your money, your time, and your lashes. *******DO NOT GOOO******I went there and got my lashes done Tuesday ,Thursday my lashes start to come off specially the right side half of it gone I went back Saturday at 4:30. It says that they're open on the app but I tried the door was locked and nobody was inside I came back today which is Sunday and the lady who did my lashes was there she told me i cant fix it today come back tomorrow because im about to leave but we need to charge you to keep your appointment half of the price and I was shocked. I'm like are you charging me? I literally just got them done 5 days ago and she's like oh we have five days policy if you come before that would be for free but if you come after we have to charge you I told her I came yesterday you guys were closed. She's like yeah the time you came everybody was out. How is that my problem? She still wanna charge me to fix their mistake. Plus, she told me that I'm going to use the card on file and I never gave them a permission to have my card on file. I asked her have I ever give you permission to save my card info and she's like when you tap it. It's automatically we have your card saved. This is definitely something you guys should work on to be honest with your customer and you guys should work on customer service and make people happy not collecting money from people over a shitty job the worst experience ever read more
