However, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes because the owner chose to take a girl who came in after me simply because she knew her. I then had to continue waiting while they chatted. When it was finally my turn, the owner quickly directed me to the other woman doing brows instead of taking me herself. I'm assuming she realized how that looked after having me sit there while she took someone who arrived later. Another concern I had was that the scissors were not cleaned between clients. Also, the woman doing my brows applied rose water to my face without asking first. I have sensitive skin and always decline having products applied to my face, so this caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. My previous brow artist always asked before putting anything on my skin. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Being dismissive of customers and disrespectful of their time, especially as the owner, is not something I would expect. It's a shame because I was genuinely excited to try this place, but I won't be returning or recommending this place ever.

Nour is the eyebrow QUEEN! She does waxing, threading, tinting, and extensions. When I moved out here, it was really hard to find someone that knew how to shape my eyebrows just right and to match my face structure but then I found Nour! I felt like she also had too many people waiting and could not spend the time she needed. The eyebrows look good. However, the service was not that great. I also called today and received no callback. Always trying to upsell things that I did not need. Skin is now enflamed and red. I would NOT recommend it. She is also very rude. ONLY PLACE I WILL EVER GET MY EYEBROWS THREADED. Nour was a sweetheart, and made me feel very comfortable leaving my eyebrows in her hands. She made sure to ask me what it is that I wanted.
