I primarily train with Mike, whose patience, persistence and attention to detail brought me back to life after suffering an injury at the hands of a yoga instructor at a different studio in Cincinnati two years ago. I trust the instruction, advice and physical adjustments of each of these teachers at BodyMind Balance. I call them teachers and not instructors because I believe there is a grave difference: An instructor can go through the motions and dictate information to a class; but a teacher reaches his/her students through understanding and respect.

The instructor moved us through having a nice stretch and a gong meditation. There are a lot of steps at this location. I don't think it's handicapped accessible.
