My dog Piper was diagnosed with MCT, with complications, this past year. Dr. Skinner recommended we meet with UT Vet (which I did not like that experience) to understand treatment options. It turned out we didn't have many options available to us and we knew our time was limited with Piper. Dr. Skinner was always available for advice, and would see Piper as we needed. They provided the right medication to help us care for her until our time together ended. It was a personal struggle to make the decision to euthanize my dog and I was torn. Everyone who we interacted with at Knoxville Animal Clinic patiently and gently helped us along the way. There was so much respect provided to us and Piper, from the time we made the appointment and even in the end when we picked up her ashes. The kindness of KAC during this time is very important and special to me. Losing your pet is so traumatic and difficult and KAC did their best to minimize the pain and experience for me and my family. I can't be more appreciative to have them as my pet provider. I don't mind filling out a bunch of paperwork but paying $135 for the "exam" plus another $45 for treatment is crazy unless you can't walk or use your arms or hurting do much you are in tears - especially for someone who already receives regular chiropractic care. -- you'll have to see other reviews for actual quality of care.

I had to pay $24 just to have enough time to dry her. The time doesn't pause if you turn off the water or dryer. Unless you're doing a quick, half-ssa bath, it's not the place to go. Other places are better. My dog is short, about 50 pounds, built like a bulldog, and has short hair--and that still wasn't enough time.
